(5) According to the Ministry of Education's Regulations on Continuing Education for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, in the period from 2009 to 20 13, primary and secondary school teachers in the province must complete continuing education for no less than 240 hours, and the continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers in the period is based on the credit system, and the continuing education credits are calculated as 2 hours 1 credit.

(six) the training organized by the education administrative departments at all levels shall be calculated according to Class A credits, and 80 credits shall be completed during the training period. School-based training organized by primary and secondary schools is counted as Class B credits, and 40 credits should be completed during the training period. Class a credits and class b credits cannot be substituted for each other.
