The tenderer is Dalian Jinpu New District Education and Culture Tourism Bureau, and the estimated contract price is about 21305,700 yuan. It is understood that this tender will examine the qualifications of the bidding applicants, and select the appropriate bidding applicants to participate in the bidding by means of post-qualification. Previously, Jinzhou Gold Medal Education Park had been tendered for survey.

According to the data, Jinzhou Gold Medal Education Park covers an area of 1 1.84 hectares, with a total construction area of about 13 1900 square meters. The planning and layout of the park is divided into kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, gymnasiums, canteens, teachers' office areas, auditoriums, Jinzhou high school swimming pools and libraries.

Jinzhou Gold Medal Education Park is a comprehensive educational body integrating kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school. The best educational resources in Dalian and Jinpu New District will be selected to build Jinpu Model School. Upon completion, it is estimated that the total number of students and faculty will reach 6,500, which will realize the rapid radiation of the best educational resources.
