2. After being audited by the school, it shall be examined and approved by the competent education department, and the school or the competent education department shall issue a certificate of borrowing.
3. The relevant materials submitted by the guardian shall be kept together with the library borrowing certificate stub for future reference.
Borrowing books should be handled at the beginning and end of the semester. Borrowing is not allowed to change grades.
5. The student status of the borrowed students remains in the original school. Students' grades, evaluations, rewards and punishments during the borrowing period are recorded in the students' electronic files by the borrowing school. Borrowing schools should keep electronic files of students when they leave school.
In principle, high school students don't borrow books. Student guardians who have worked abroad on business 1 year or above, engaged in field or mobile work, and have long-term support for border guards and active servicemen (including armed police) may borrow their children from high schools where they are not registered. Loans are charged according to regulations.
Those who are registered in ordinary high schools in our province from other provinces, who have not obtained the household registration in our province before the college entrance examination, must go back to the place where they are registered to take the college entrance examination according to state regulations. Schools should inform parents of the relevant provisions of the state on college entrance examination registration before enrolling students.
Treatment conditions:
Compulsory education junior high school students studying in non-registered permanent residence for some reason shall meet one of the following circumstances and be allowed to borrow:
1, children of border guards and island guards;
2. School-age children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots, overseas Chinese and foreigners who set up enterprises in this Municipality;
3, parents engaged in geological exploration and other mobile work, need to be taken care of by the students' relatives; 4. Students whose parents do not work in the student's household registration and need to live with their parents;
5 parents divorced, adoptive parents are unable to perform the duties of guardians or lose the ability of guardianship, and it is really necessary for their relatives to support and supervise students;
6 children of migrant workers (with "three certificates" materials) only need to live in the inflow area for a short period of time (within one year).
