What procedures do Fuzhou high school students need?
1. The student guardian shall submit a written application to the attending school, issue relevant supporting materials, and provide proof that the receiving school agrees to borrow.

2. After being audited by the school, it shall be examined and approved by the competent education department, and the school or the competent education department shall issue a certificate of borrowing.

3. The relevant materials submitted by the guardian shall be kept together with the library borrowing certificate stub for future reference.

Borrowing books should be handled at the beginning and end of the semester. Borrowing is not allowed to change grades.

5. The student status of the borrowed students remains in the original school. Students' grades, evaluations, rewards and punishments during the borrowing period are recorded in the students' electronic files by the borrowing school. Borrowing schools should keep electronic files of students when they leave school.

In principle, high school students don't borrow books. Those who are registered in ordinary high schools in our province from other provinces, who have not obtained the household registration in our province before the college entrance examination, must go back to the place where they are registered to take the college entrance examination according to state regulations. Schools should inform parents of the relevant provisions of the state on college entrance examination registration before enrolling students.

Treatment conditions:

Compulsory education junior high school students studying in non-registered permanent residence for some reason shall meet one of the following circumstances and be allowed to borrow:
