According to the statistical data published by the State Council Academic Degree Office in 20 13, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Doctor of Science accounted for 7.78%, 8.43% and 17.99% respectively.
According to the statistics of doctoral tutors published by universities, among the 48,468 doctoral tutors in universities nationwide, 87 16 are doctoral tutors, accounting for 18.30% of the total number of doctoral tutors, ranking second only to engineering. There are 643 universities offering science majors.
