Educational punishment
Those who go upstairs talk too much and are not specific. In the process of argument, time is equal to life, and time is limited. I'll just say a few words briefly, hoping to benefit you: as the saying goes, corporal punishment sometimes helps children correct some mistakes and make them suffer more. I don't know that oil and salt are expensive. I think it is necessary for us to use corporal punishment as a means of education at this stage. First of all, I think the current use of corporal punishment has the following advantages. First, the necessary corporal punishment can make students clearly realize that each of us should pay for our mistakes. Through such punishment education, its social benefits are obvious. We can often hear or see crimes in a certain place from TV and newspapers. When interviewing the criminal, when asked if he knew it was a crime, the criminal replied that he didn't know. Although the answer is ridiculous, it also highlights the lack of punishment education in our current education. Only by carrying out punishment education in daily education can our students have the consciousness of avoiding making mistakes and know that people have to pay a certain price for making mistakes, and not everything can be done. Second, the necessary corporal punishment can let students know what can and cannot be done. The function of education is not only reflected in the cultural education of students, but also in the content of students' education. I think error correction education should also be mentioned in an important position. Every student has to make some mistakes, but the terrible thing is that when a student makes a mistake, he doesn't realize it, and no one really corrects it. As educators, in our daily education, on the one hand, we should pay attention to students' words and deeds and their mistakes. On the other hand, as educators, we also urgently need a means of correcting mistakes. Some people may say that well-meaning education is a means, but I want to say that this kind of education is far less impressive than punishment education. For example, if a child touches an electric socket with his hand, he will say, "No!" "He continued to stretch out his hand to touch it. If this naughty behavior of "I'll try" is not punished and lessons are not learned, he may continue to try some dangerous behaviors. If a child is hurt and tastes a little pain, he will leave a deep impression in his mind and know what not to do. Third, the necessary corporal punishment also helps to cultivate students' ability to withstand setbacks. Nowadays, students are emperors and princesses at home, and they are also the focus of media attention in society. Students trained in such an educational environment are generally arrogant, rarely know what setbacks are, and rarely encounter setbacks. However, the frustration that current education can make students feel is nothing more than exam results. Such setbacks, both in quantity and degree, are too few and too light compared with the current complicated and changeable social environment. This kind of education can't change the fact that students' psychological endurance is generally poor. On the contrary, if corporal punishment and other punishment education methods can be implemented at present, so that students can receive failed education during school, I think it will be of great benefit to improve students' psychological quality. Maybe so, too many tragedies caused by poor psychological endurance will not be staged. It should be said that as long as corporal punishment is used properly, its benefits are obvious. But in fact, corporal punishment has been completely banned, which on the one hand reflects that our educational methods are too monotonous, on the other hand, it also exposes our helpless mentality in the current educational development, that is, once bitten, twice shy. It is true that when we used corporal punishment as a means of education, there were indeed many tragedies caused by corporal punishment. However, we "choked to death" because of this, which just shows that our current education is immature. In Singapore and Korea, where education is developed, corporal punishment is still a means of education. In the United States, punishment education is still introduced into classroom teaching, which just shows that corporal punishment as an educational means has not come to an end and can still be explored. So how should we reasonably use corporal punishment as an educational means? In my opinion, in actual teaching, we must pay attention to the following points when using corporal punishment. First, corporal punishment should vary from person to person. In daily teaching, we will meet all kinds of students, some of whom may be too conceited, too excited or extremely introverted. For such students, we should pay attention to their psychological changes when using corporal punishment. We should not use corporal punishment too simply, especially not to punish them psychologically. It is best to contact parents before corporal punishment and make a decision after understanding the situation. For some students who are extroverted and have a good ability to bear setbacks, I think the consequences of corporal punishment may not be too unexpected. Coupled with the psychological differences of students, this requires our teachers to observe students more carefully. Only by truly understanding the changes of students' thoughts can we really achieve the effect of corporal punishment. At the same time, in teaching, we should also pay attention to different ways of corporal punishment for students of different ages. For example, the younger group can slap their palms and buttocks, and the older group can use physical labor as punishment. Second, the means of corporal punishment should be diversified. The traditional corporal punishment is just a simple and rude beating, which is too monotonous compared with the development of our society. In the actual education and teaching, I think the punishment for standing, cleaning, mowing the school lawn, volunteering, etc. can all be included in the category of corporal punishment. If you volunteer, you can not only make students feel corporal punishment at work, but also make them understand that working for others is also happy. Third, corporal punishment must be mastered. For example, when we hit, we should first pay attention to the hit area. We can choose the hands or hips that are less harmful, because hitting these parts generally does not cause permanent damage. Secondly, we should pay attention to tools, and it is best to use some neutral tools that are less harmful to students, such as bamboo pieces or wooden strips. Fourthly, we must be careful when carrying out corporal punishment. In order to prevent teachers from taking corporal punishment to vent their anger, we can take the power of corporal punishment back to the school, set up a special school punishment institution to educate the school, and decide whether to use it through a parent Committee hearing before using it. After use, do a good job in the aftermath through psychological test or psychological consultation. Through the above measures, we will strive to implement corporal punishment safely and practically. The social environment is ever-changing, and the situation of students is also mixed. However, there has always been a saying in our education system that "there are no students who can't teach well, only teachers who can't teach well". We will not discuss this argument for the time being. However, I want to say that if there is no practical means of education, it is not optimistic to achieve the purpose of education simply by preaching. If we still stay on "constantly coping with all changes", our education will be really passive. Where does our education come from? Therefore, I think that in order to truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude, corporal punishment, as a punishment method, is not out of date in the current educational environment, but we still have a long way to go to really attract the attention of the society. For example, legislation writes corporal punishment into law and is protected by law; For example, how to institutionalize corporal punishment and how to accept it in the whole society also needs a process. But in any case, education without corporal punishment is not a comprehensive education after all, and education without corporal punishment is not a real education! Maybe today, we punish one student less, and the contradiction between teachers and students is less, but in the near future, our society will have another management burden! Our society will bear the consequences of today's educational failure! So I want to say that corporal punishment is out of date! Ok, thank you. That's all.
