Characteristics of truth:

1. As a truth, as far as its correct understanding of objective things is concerned, it is an absolute truth and can never be overthrown. As far as its approximate correct understanding of objective things is concerned, it is a relative truth and needs to be continuously developed.

2. Absolute truth and relative truth are interrelated and contain each other. On the one hand, there is absoluteness in relativity, absolute truth lies in relative truth, and any relative truth contains particles of absolute truth. On the other hand, absolute also has relativity. Absolute truth is expressed through relative truth, and the sum of countless relative truths constitutes absolute truth.

3. Absolute truth and relative truth are dialectically transformed. Truth is an endless process from relative to absolute, and any understanding of truth is a link in the process of transforming from stage to absolute truth. Every kind of truth knowledge that people acquire is an integral part of absolute truth and a ladder to absolute truth.
