According to the Notice of the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Bazhong Municipal People's Government (Sichuan Provincial Committee Office [2010] No.41), Bazhong Education Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Education Bureau) was established as the working department of the municipal government.
