Training mode: Air Force senior high school students mainly study and train in the specialty of flight technology and command in Air Force Aviation University, and adopt the "4+ 1" training mode: that is, it takes two years to complete the basic theory course of science and engineering specialty in ordinary colleges and universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and then it takes one and a half years to complete the theoretical course of aviation specialty and the education and training of political thought, military specialty theory, leadership management, physical psychology and skydiving, so as to lay a solid foundation in an all-round way.
Then transfer to a six-month pilot flight training, and after passing all the exams, conduct another year of actual flight training for higher education aircraft. Those who meet the training requirements will receive a bachelor's degree in engineering, be appointed as an assistant flight officer, be awarded the rank of lieutenant in the Air Force, and be assigned to serve in aviation units.
Learning content: The training goal of air force pilots is not only to train pilots who can fly planes, but also to train fighters who can fly eagles to participate in air combat, commanders who can use modern high-tech means to command thousands of troops to gallop across the Wan Li sky, and scientific researchers who can provide research and development data for high-tech weapons and equipment.
Therefore, this requires a wide range of subjects for flight students to study and train. From engineering foundation to the development of modern science and technology, from political theory to the forefront of military art, from physical fitness to the requirements of improving various skills of aerial work, the required knowledge should be involved. There are more than 30 undergraduate courses such as science and culture, military theory and aviation theory in the basic training stage, and more than 20 courses in the trainer training stage.
