Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, in order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in schools (hereinafter referred to as enrollment) and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates. The articles of association of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) and South China University shall be formulated in light of the actual situation of the school.

Article 2 The name of the school is South China University, which is a full-time public comprehensive university 1958 established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, China National Nuclear Corporation and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. The school was formed by the merger of Central South Institute of Technology, the Sixth Research Institute of Nuclear Industry and Hengyang Medical College, which were originally affiliated to the Ministry of Nuclear Industry of China. Article 4 The school has the qualification of doctor, master and bachelor degree authorization, and has a mobile post-doctoral research workstation.

Article 5 Schools are the first batch of pilot universities for excellent engineers and excellent doctors' education and training programs of universities in central and western China, the advanced collective for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in China, universities with typical experience in graduate employment and universities with typical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship in China. It is a national training base for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and has the qualification of recommending outstanding undergraduates to study for master's degree and master's degree without examination.

Article 7 Schools should fully implement the "sunshine project" of college enrollment in accordance with the notice of the Ministry of Education and the regulations on enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities issued by the Ministry of Education and provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) this year, comprehensively measure the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic conditions, and select the best candidates.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 8 The enrollment organization of a school consists of the enrollment work committee, the enrollment work leading group and the enrollment office. The Admissions Committee leads and co-ordinates the school enrollment work, formulates important policies for enrollment work, and decides on major issues in enrollment work. The Admissions Committee consists of the principal, the leaders in charge of the school, the secretary of the school discipline inspection commission, the heads of relevant departments, representatives of teachers, alumni and students. At the same time, the school has set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, which is fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the education administrative departments of provinces (cities, autonomous regions) on enrollment; To implement the enrollment resolutions of the Party committee and administrative department of the school; According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and relevant regulations, prepare and submit the enrollment plan by province and specialty; To study and formulate school enrollment laws and regulations and policies related to enrollment; Study on major issues in enrollment work; Organize and carry out enrollment propaganda work; Organize and implement enrollment work; Review the newly admitted students; Responsible for the specific implementation of enrollment work. The Admissions Office is the permanent working body of the school and is responsible for the daily work of enrollment.

Article 9 The school shall set up an enrollment supervision working group, which shall be responsible for supervising the implementation of enrollment policies and regulations, and investigating and dealing with violations of laws and regulations in enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules

Article 10 In 2020, the school will enroll students in 365 and 438+0 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and the enrollment plans of each province will be subject to those announced by the provincial recruitment office. The school arranges no more than 1% of the undergraduate enrollment plan as a reserved plan, which is mainly used to control the quality of students and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score.

Eleventh schools according to the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) to determine the proportion of the transfer of files. Voluntarily file according to batch order, and the proportion of college students' files should be controlled within 120% in principle; According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle. The pre-recorded list of independent enrollment of high-level sports teams and some nuclear majors shall be provided by the school to the administrative department of enrollment examination of the province (municipality directly under the central government and autonomous region) where the students are located according to the test and examination, and the admission procedures shall be handled according to the corresponding policies.

Twelfth according to the batch of parallel volunteer, the unfinished plan will be collected for volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Thirteenth for the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) with elective subjects, in principle, the subjects required by the candidates and the total score of the elective subjects in our school shall prevail, except for the clear provisions of the provincial college entrance examination enrollment institutions. Under the same conditions, those with high scores in selected subjects in our school will be given priority.

Fourteenth schools recruit professional categories (majors) according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following the principle of voluntariness" and referring to the scores of related disciplines. There is no grade difference in the admission of major categories (majors), and when the total score (including three decimal places) is the same, major categories (majors) are arranged in the order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages. If the candidates' reported professional volunteers cannot be satisfied, those who are transferred by majors will arrange suitable categories (majors) according to the candidates' achievements and volunteers; If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed.

Candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region arrange their majors according to the principle of "voluntary college entrance examination". Candidates in Jiangsu province implement the admission principle of "grading first, then grading later", and the minimum score requirement for the selected subjects in the academic level test is BB. In the case of the same score, the priority admission order is determined according to the selected subjects, policy bonus points, Chinese, mathematics and foreign language level. The enrollment of Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong and Hainan provinces is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant enrollment documents of the source provinces, and the enrollment is based on merit.

Fifteenth rural order-oriented free medical students, national special plans, local special plans, Xinjiang Turpan counterpart poverty alleviation orientation, South Xinjiang plan, mainland Xinjiang classes, some nuclear majors enrolled separately, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, high-level sports teams and other enrollment categories. Should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of relevant national documents, select the best.

Article 16 Candidates who apply for the design major in our school must pass the provincial unified examination, and their cultural achievements in the college entrance examination reach the admission control scores of the corresponding batch of undergraduate colleges and universities designated by the province of origin. Provinces with clear rules for filing will be admitted from high score to low score according to the results of filing in the province; There are no clear rules for filing. According to the scores of provincial unified examination and college entrance examination culture (including preferential points) and from high score to low score, those with high scores of provincial unified examination, high scores of college entrance examination culture and high scores of foreign languages are given priority under the same conditions.

Seventeenth schools implement the preferential policies of the Ministry of Education and provinces (cities, autonomous regions) and get extra points.

Eighteenth when accepting students, the original students and freshmen are treated equally; School enrollment majors do not limit the proportion of male and female students; Affected by the height restriction of graduates in related positions, it is suggested that the height of female candidates applying for nursing major should be above 1.58 meters. Except for some majors (see the relevant enrollment brochures published by provinces and our school for details), candidates are not limited to taking foreign languages, but after they enter school, they are all arranged to teach in English as the public foreign language teaching content.

Nineteenth candidates' physical health requirements, in addition to the special requirements of the enrollment plan, the implementation of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions.

Chapter IV Enrollment Specialty and Other Expenses

Twentieth schools in accordance with the principle of territorial management, in strict accordance with the standards approved by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. The specific fees will be announced on the undergraduate enrollment network and the new student admission notice.

Article 21 Schools set up a "green channel" for students from poor families, and implement a "double-aid plan" combining financial aid and growth assistance to help students from poor families overcome their difficulties in life and study and successfully complete their studies. In addition to the national scholarships and national inspirational scholarships set by the state, the school also has various scholarships such as comprehensive scholarships, nuclear power scholarships and China Uranium Scholarships. Competitive scholarships are set up for clinical medicine majors, and 50% students are exempt from tuition and fees and accommodation fees.

Twenty-second freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Twenty-third students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the prescribed study period shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of South China University; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education. The school implements credit system teaching management. The school encourages outstanding students to apply for other professional courses and obtain minor certificates and double degrees while studying professional courses.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 24 After the promulgation of these Articles of Association, if the policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) are adjusted, the school will formulate corresponding enrollment policies and announce them separately.

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the original enrollment articles shall be abolished at the same time. The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Nanhua University.
