In order to strengthen the management of students' work and standardize students' leave behavior, this system is formulated.

First to leave rule

(1) There are three kinds of leave: personal leave, sick leave and public leave.

Personal leave: leave from school due to major family events. Under normal circumstances, personal leave is not allowed. Parents must sign in person or call the class teacher (counselor) for personal leave.

Sick leave: if you can't attend class on time due to physical discomfort, you need to provide proof materials such as hospital medical records and invoices, or provide a leave certificate signed by your parents. If it's urgent, your parents can call you for leave in person and fill in the leave formalities afterwards.

Official leave: Leave for taking part in major activities at school or other places must be signed by the class teacher (counselor).

(2) When students ask for personal leave, sick leave or public leave, they must go through the formalities of asking for leave, otherwise the leave will be invalid.

(three) during the examination, except for sick leave, other circumstances are generally not allowed to ask for leave. If it is really necessary to ask for leave, regardless of the length of time, it must be reported to the competent leader for approval.

Second resignation process

(1) Students who ask for leave first go to the class teacher (counselor) to get a leave note, and it will take effect after filling it out as required.

(2) Students' leave shall be examined and approved by the class teacher (counselor) within one day, by the department within one day or more and within three days, and by the leaders of the competent hospital for more than three days.

Article 3 Procedures for compensatory time off

(1) Students can't take time off due to urgent matters, so they must go through the formalities of compensatory leave within one day and explain the situation. If I can't be present, the study committee will ask for leave on their behalf, and my parents or I will personally call the class teacher (counselor) to explain the situation.

(two) students can not come to school after the expiration of the holiday, I or my parents must personally call the class teacher (counselor) to explain the reasons, and can come to school after approval, and do a good job in renewal procedures.

Article 4 Procedure for Renewal of Leave

Students who need to continue to take leave after the holiday expires must go through the formalities of renewing their leave and follow the leave process.

Article 5 Termination of leave

After the expiration of the leave period, you must cancel your leave at the head teacher (counselor) in time, otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism.

Article 6 Others

(1) Students' reasons for taking leave must be true, and it is strictly forbidden to resort to deceit or fabricate reasons. Such perpetrators should be investigated for their corresponding responsibilities and given disciplinary sanctions.

(2) During the class, students need to ask for leave directly from the class teacher because of illness or something, and the class teacher will examine and approve the leave according to the specific situation and report it to the class teacher (counselor) for approval.

(3) Students who violate the leave system shall be treated as absenteeism, and the number of absenteeism shall be calculated according to the actual number of classes per day.

(four) the number of leave per academic year shall not exceed a quarter of the total class hours, otherwise classes will be suspended.
