From Professor Zheng's wonderful lecture just now, we have felt that Professor Zheng deserves to be a master of psychology. In the lecture, Professor Zheng stood at the forefront of psychological research, and comprehensively and deeply expounded the sources, manifestations and harms of stress, the ways and means to deal with stress, and the main ways to manage, relax and adjust psychological emotions, especially the various adjustment methods summarized by Professor Zheng, such as catharsis, transfer, humor, relaxation, suggestion and sublimation, which were very practical.
