Tao Xingzhi's Thoughts on How to Teach (Ⅱ)
? In the first month of the new semester, I finished reading Tao Xingzhi's How to Teach in August. I'm ashamed. Others read a book a month, and it took me two months to finish it. There are many unique educational ideas and opinions in the second half of this book. What impressed me deeply are the wonderful fragments such as "Love Education", "How to Manage Classes" and "How to Teach Chinese". I deeply feel that I really need to keep learning and accumulating, and my teaching philosophy must be changed. Let's talk about my own humble opinion and experience.

First, the education of love

Tao Xingzhi said: "Love is a great power. Without love, there is no education. " The most effective means of education is "education of love". The education of love is the basic principle and method of education. Tao Xingzhi's thought of loving the whole world should be further developed. The education of love includes seven contents: love is understanding, love is respect, love is trust, love is concern, love is tolerance, love is requirement and love is dedication. Love is an attitude and a noble behavior. It is selfless, unconditional and unrequited.

Love is a kind of motivation for people. Love can inspire a person to engage in the most difficult and even dangerous activities, but it is the most valuable activity. Love can support a person. In order to realize lofty ideals, life will never stop and struggle. It can also constantly adjust and organize a person's actions to achieve the established goals. It is because of love in the heart that people can overcome all difficulties and create human miracles.

? The teacher's love is giving, giving the child vitality, giving her understanding of life and life, giving her knowledge, giving him joy and sadness, and making him a giver of love after accepting love. Tao Xingzhi said: "Real education is an activity of mutual affinity. Only from the heart can we reach the depths of the soul. " If the classroom does not win the trust and love of students, then even if the educational objectives and methods are correct, education will not achieve the expected results. Love is the link between honest educators and educated people, and it is the basis for educators to educate educated people. In the educational environment of love, teachers should carefully design a series of activities to offer love according to the characteristics and actual situation of children's physical and mental development.

2. How to teach Chinese?

? Tao Xingzhi's Chinese education thought: Chinese is the most important communication tool, and the unity of instrumentality and humanism is an important feature of Chinese subject. It goes without saying that the important task of Chinese teaching is to learn and inherit the spiritual wealth characterized by the language form of the motherland. How to learn and how to transmit is a problem of method, that is, the tool problem to be solved in Chinese curriculum; What to learn and what to inherit is a matter of content, that is, the humanistic problem that Chinese curriculum should penetrate.

? How to teach Chinese?

? As far as Chinese subject is concerned, the formation process of students' Chinese literacy is a process of internalizing Chinese knowledge, Chinese ability and moral consciousness acquired in Chinese learning, and this "internalization" cannot be separated from the mobilization of students' internal enthusiasm. To improve students' Chinese literacy, we must always regard students as the theme of understanding and development in the process of Chinese teaching-the educational concept of students' active learning and development.

? How to realize this educational idea?

? The first is the concern for life.

? Tao Xingzhi said, "Real education must cultivate people who can think and build. The education we need should cultivate people who can use their brains to command their hands and use their brains." Tao Xingzhi's remarks reflect his consideration and concern for the development of students' lives. Modern Chinese teaching should give full play to the advantages of the subject itself and pay full attention to students' independent development, so that students can cultivate, feel and "acquire" noble personality in the active development of Chinese learning, learn to be "intelligent and benevolent individuals" and learn to be "real people" who keep pace with the times.

? Second, pay attention to the world.

? Tao Xingzhi said that our children "breathe in the world. We should use what they have learned to help transform the world, seek benefits for all mankind, and look at the world in order to understand it. " Chinese subject should be the best way for students to "acquire" knowledge, broaden their horizons, improve their ability, know the world and go to the world with the help of language.

? I pay attention to life again.

? Tao Xingzhi also said that the meaning of having children is life or survival. Students learn to live and know that this is proof of learning and survival.

Finally, the concern for human nature.

Chinese subject is instrumental, which mainly forms the dominant task of Chinese course, that is, to train and cultivate students' keen sense of language on the basis of a long and profound Chinese series, and to improve students' ability to express and exchange thoughts and feelings with the motherland with rich vocabulary, standardized and beautiful sentences, correct pronunciation, appropriate intonation and reasonable word order. However, the humanity of Chinese curriculum forms the hidden task of Chinese curriculum. Even if students get the humanistic edification and enlightenment of wisdom, emotion and morality with language as the carrier from Chinese teaching, they can "acquire" and internalize the ability to use language, abide by grammar, organize sentences, think quickly and be clear in arts and sciences, thus improving the externalization and output ability of emotional experience with language as the carrier, thus forming aesthetic taste.

What methods should be adopted in modern Chinese teaching?

? As early as half a century ago, Tao Xingzhi put forward effective ways and methods to mobilize students' initiative, stimulate their internal drive and develop their creativity. He said that the educational methods should be automatic, enlightening and combining teaching with learning. If students pay attention to comprehensive education, they can overcome one-sided education and cultivate the habit of lifelong learning to overcome short-lived education. Tao Xingzhi's "combination of hands and brains" and "combination of teaching and doing" are also the best teaching methods to cultivate students' practical ability and innovative ability in modern Chinese teaching.

How to implement research-based learning in Chinese teaching?

Tao Xingzhi explored five ways of learning methods: experience, reading, seeking advice, visiting friends and thinking. Tao Xingzhi believes that this corresponds to the erudition, interrogation, deliberation, discernment and perseverance in The Doctrine of the Mean: "Experience is equivalent to perseverance; Reading, seeking advice and visiting friends are equivalent to erudition; Thinking is equivalent to interrogation, deep thinking and discernment. " It just reverses the order of research and emphasizes the principles of "action is the beginning of knowledge" and "automation". Through research, there will be identification and creation.

? Of course, in Chinese teaching, it is far from enough to just grasp a textbook. The idea of extending to "big Chinese" teaching coincides with the requirements of the new curriculum standard.

? Tao Xingzhi's "Six Emancipations" pointed out the direction for Chinese teaching. Modern teaching emphasizes students' autonomous activities, which is essentially an open learning activity. It shows that the Prime Minister's extracurricular system is open, which is to expand reading, extracurricular reading and online reading to surrounding disciplines, which determines that Chinese classroom teaching should also be open. For the subject of Chinese Literature, this is a necessary condition for students' autonomous learning and development, and it is also a powerful guarantee for comprehensively cultivating and developing students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

? Generally speaking, this book contains too much educational wisdom. I slowly ponder that learning can help me grow up on the road of teaching. There is a saying that "it is wonderful because of wisdom". Classroom needs the wisdom of teachers. Wisdom is not knowledge or common sense, nor intelligence and experience. It will penetrate like water and shine like light. The wisdom of education, teaching and conversation comes from long-term continuous reading, learning and practice, and is accumulated by paying attention to experience and sentiment in practice. When our education is weak, we should not complain more about students' ignorance, but because we are using old keys to open new locks. The unified use of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry puts higher and higher demands on our teachers and shoulders heavier and heavier responsibilities. We should constantly strengthen our study, work hard to temper our will, constantly improve our personality strength, form a good moral demeanor, and set an example for students. In the future, I will persist in studying, constantly improve myself and let myself grow.
