Teachers are professionals who perform their education and teaching duties, and undertake the mission of teaching and educating people, cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause and improving the quality of the people. In order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, enhance teachers' sense of responsibility, stabilize teaching order and improve teaching quality, so as to cultivate more qualified talents. Therefore, our department has formulated this system according to the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law, the Higher Education Law and the Regulations on the Management of Teachers in Jiangxi Press and Publication Colleges and Universities.

First, the main responsibilities of teachers

1. Teachers should adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, seriously study Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and strive to improve their ideological and political quality.

2. Teachers should be loyal to the people's education, teach with good professional ethics and teaching style, be strict with students and care about them. Be a teacher by example, teach and educate people.

3. Teachers should consciously abide by the laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the college, actively participate in political, professional study and collective activities organized by the teaching and research section and the department of modern art and design, strictly implement the rules and regulations and various teaching documents of the college and the department of modern art and design, observe the teaching discipline, and achieve rigorous scholarship and correct teaching style.

4. Teachers should actively participate in the teaching capital construction organized by departments, especially in the specialty construction and curriculum construction, and strive to make innovations in the research or teaching of their specialties and courses.

5. Teachers should obey the distribution and shoulder the heavy burden bravely in their work. Teaching is the primary task of teachers. Teachers in our department should take the teaching work of their department as the center, study the teaching materials carefully, prepare lessons and give lectures carefully, and improve the teaching quality. Their spare time should be mainly used to improve their professional level. While completing the rated teaching workload every semester, actively carry out teaching research, write teaching research papers or survey and research summary reports, and strive to improve the teaching level. On this basis, strive to improve their professional skills.

6. Teachers should be responsible for classroom teaching, maintain classroom discipline and ensure normal teaching order. Teachers should take the initiative to exchange teaching information with the heads of their departments and teaching and research sections to jointly solve related problems in teaching.

7. Teachers must conscientiously perform their duties corresponding to their professional titles and accept work assessment and teaching evaluation in accordance with the relevant provisions of colleges and departments.

Second, the basic requirements of teachers' work

1. Under the leadership of the Academic Affairs Office of the College, the teachers of our department implement the dual management system of the college and the department. Departments should enthusiastically support teachers' teaching work and provide necessary conditions for teachers to participate in training, preparing lessons and teaching; At the same time, teachers should actively cooperate with the management of the department's teaching and research section and perform their basic duties and obligations.

2. Basic norms of teaching

(A) the preparation of the teaching plan:

For each semester's teaching tasks, teachers must carefully prepare the semester teaching plan according to the teaching plan, teaching syllabus and teaching materials, and combine the professional practice, make careful arrangements for classroom lectures, exercises, multimedia classes, review, examinations, maneuvers, etc., fill in the semester teaching plan, semester teaching plan description, and formulate the semester teaching plan (internship teachers fill in the internship teaching plan, semester internship teaching plan description, and semester internship teaching plan table). 5. Teachers should be dignified, natural in teaching and civilized in language. Teachers should check the number of students and make attendance records before teaching.

6. Classroom teaching can take various forms such as lectures, exercises and multimedia classes. 7. (5) Teachers should hand in the teaching summary and student handbook on time at the end of the semester.

Three. Reward and punishment

1. Teachers who have made achievements in teaching and educating people, teaching quality, teaching reform, textbook construction, teaching management and student guidance. 2. Teachers who violate the laws and regulations of the state and the rules and regulations of colleges and departments will be dealt with seriously and recorded in the teachers' business files.

(1) Anyone who violates the Four Cardinal Principles and other laws and disciplines in the teaching process and affects the teacher's image will be punished according to the relevant system of the college.

(2) Teachers whose teaching assessment or teaching effect is reflected by students and peer teachers must improve within a time limit, or their qualifications will be suspended until they are transferred from their teaching posts.

(3) Teachers who violate teaching discipline, such as being late for class, leaving early, not carefully correcting homework or correcting at will, will be punished according to teaching accidents. In the process of teaching, any neglect of teaching should be punished as a serious teaching accident.

(4) If a teacher fails to complete the teaching task on time due to subjective reasons, the teaching workload shall be deducted accordingly.

3. Teachers' assessment, business assessment, rewards and punishments are all included in teachers' business files.
