Therefore, our department has formulated this system according to the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law, the Higher Education Law and the Regulations on the Management of Teachers in Jiangxi Press and Publication Colleges and Universities.

First, the main responsibilities of teachers

1. Teachers should adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, seriously study Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and strive to improve their ideological and political quality.

2. Teachers should be loyal to the people's education, teach with good professional ethics and teaching style, be strict with students and care about them. Be a teacher by example, teach and educate people.

3. Teachers should consciously abide by the laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the college, actively participate in political, professional study and collective activities organized by the teaching and research section and the department of modern art and design, strictly implement the rules and regulations and various teaching documents of the college and the department of modern art and design, observe the teaching discipline, and achieve rigorous scholarship and correct teaching style.

4. Teachers should actively participate in the teaching capital construction organized by departments, especially in the specialty construction and curriculum construction, and strive to make innovations in the research or teaching of their specialties and courses.

5. Teachers should obey the distribution and shoulder the heavy burden bravely in their work. Teaching is the primary task of teachers. Teachers in our department should take the teaching work of their department as the center, study the teaching materials carefully, prepare lessons and give lectures carefully, and improve the teaching quality. Their spare time should be mainly used to improve their professional level. While completing the rated teaching workload every semester, actively carry out teaching research, write teaching research papers or survey and research summary reports, and strive to improve the teaching level. On this basis, strive to improve their professional skills.

6. Teachers should be responsible for classroom teaching, maintain classroom discipline and ensure normal teaching order. Teachers should take the initiative to exchange teaching information with the heads of their departments and teaching and research sections to jointly solve related problems in teaching.

7. Teachers must conscientiously perform their duties corresponding to their professional titles and accept work assessment and teaching evaluation in accordance with the relevant provisions of colleges and departments.

Second, the basic requirements of teachers' work

1. Under the leadership of the Academic Affairs Office of the College, the teachers of our department implement the dual management system of the college and the department. Departments should enthusiastically support teachers' teaching work and provide necessary conditions for teachers to participate in training, preparing lessons and teaching; At the same time, teachers should actively cooperate with the management of the department's teaching and research section and perform their basic duties and obligations.

2. Basic norms of teaching

(A) the preparation of the teaching plan:

For each semester's teaching tasks, teachers must carefully prepare the semester teaching plan according to the teaching plan, teaching syllabus and teaching materials, and combine the professional practice, make careful arrangements for classroom lectures, exercises, multimedia classes, review, examinations, maneuvers, etc., fill in the semester teaching plan, semester teaching plan description, and formulate the semester teaching plan (internship teachers fill in the internship teaching plan, semester internship teaching plan description, and semester internship teaching plan table). Submit it to the hospital teaching and research section for examination and approval.

The approved teaching plan cannot be changed at will. If local adjustment is needed, it must be approved by the relevant department heads. If there is any major adjustment, it must be reported to the department teaching and research section and the hospital for signature and approval before implementation.

The academic affairs office of the department has the right to check the implementation of the teaching plan of the teachers of the department at any time, and the teachers should report it carefully.

The selection of teaching materials and the examination and approval of handouts shall be discussed by the department office and the relevant person in charge of the college, and then reported to the academic affairs office of the college for approval.

Teachers should write lesson plans two weeks in advance. Teachers' teaching plans must be checked by the teaching management department at any time.

5. Teachers with senior titles have the responsibility to guide new teachers to prepare lessons, and new teachers should learn from experienced old teachers with an open mind.

(3) classroom teaching:

1, classroom teaching is the central link of the whole teaching work. Teachers should carefully organize classroom teaching according to the following requirements to ensure the teaching quality of each class.

2. Teachers must attend classes according to the schedule, and attend and finish classes on time. If you need to transfer classes for some reason, you must obtain the consent of the academic affairs office of the department or college in advance and coordinate the courses appropriately.

3. Before class, teachers are required to master the contents of lesson plans, do a good job of inspection in advance, and enter the classroom on time.

4. Teachers should carry out teaching according to the predetermined teaching plan, ensure the implementation of teaching content and complete teaching tasks. Teachers are not allowed to delay classes or leave early, and are not allowed to change the progress or teaching content at will.

5. Teachers should be dignified, natural in teaching and civilized in language. Teachers should check the number of students and make attendance records before teaching.

6. Classroom teaching can take various forms such as lectures, exercises and multimedia classes. Teachers should carefully organize classroom teaching, carefully design each class, and adhere to classroom teaching links, that is, reviewing old lessons, introducing new ones, teaching new ones, consolidating new ones, and assigning homework. Teachers should be brave in improving and adopting new modern teaching methods according to the viewpoint of modern pedagogy.

7. Teachers must strive to be clear, logical, vivid, neat on the blackboard, clear in concept, focused and not scripted; It should be easy to understand, easy to understand, fully mobilize students' thinking ability, give play to teachers' leading role and students' subjective initiative, and strive to improve teaching effect. Teachers should welcome other teachers and personnel from teaching management departments at all levels to attend classes. 2. Pay attention to the typicality and representativeness of the homework questions; The weight should be appropriate and the difficulty should be moderate.

3. Teachers must correct students' homework seriously, accurately and timely, and make necessary comments on the common problems found in the correction. If there is no special reason, a batch of all the revision and evaluation results should be regarded as one of the basis of usual achievements.

4. Teachers should take the responsibility of tutoring and answering questions after class, and be enthusiastic and responsible; Admit differences and treat them differently; Various forms, focusing on practical results; Patiently inspire and actively guide. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the counseling of underachievers.

5, teacher counseling should be planned, can be used after class or arranged by the academic affairs office in the self-study class, counseling forms can be diverse, you can participate in the whole class, you can also participate in individual or partial students. Three. Reward and punishment

1. Teachers who have made achievements in teaching and educating people, teaching quality, teaching reform, textbook construction, teaching management and student guidance. 2. Teachers who violate the laws and regulations of the state and the rules and regulations of colleges and departments will be dealt with seriously and recorded in the teachers' business files.

(1) Anyone who violates the Four Cardinal Principles and other laws and disciplines in the teaching process and affects the teacher's image will be punished according to the relevant system of the college.

(2) Teachers whose teaching assessment or teaching effect is reflected by students and peer teachers must improve within a time limit, or their qualifications will be suspended until they are transferred from their teaching posts.

(3) Teachers who violate teaching discipline, such as being late for class, leaving early, not carefully correcting homework or correcting at will, will be punished according to teaching accidents. In the process of teaching, any neglect of teaching should be punished as a serious teaching accident.

(4) If a teacher fails to complete the teaching task on time due to subjective reasons, the teaching workload shall be deducted accordingly.
