Wang Yi, managing partner of Gaofu (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd., Gao Chongji, CEO of Beijing Daohe Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Jian, founder of Youbo Zhongchuang, and more than 200 EMBA alumni from university of international business and economics, etc., hosted the forum by Chen Shengjun.

Chen Shengjun first introduced the leaders and guests attending this forum, expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks for their arrival, and expounded the theme of this forum: With the rapid development of the Internet, the business world is changing and subverting every day. How will traditional enterprises respond? How do enterprises realize value co-creation under the new normal? These are all questions worth thinking about, and they are also the theme of this innovation forum.

At the beginning of the forum, Yang Changchun made an opening speech. In his speech, he expressed the alumni's gratitude to the society and his alma mater for their contributions, and said, "This is also the first time that EMBA has introduced the concept of' value co-creation' into alumni activities. Share management experience with more alumni and classmates by inviting outstanding alumni back to school; At the same time, it also provides a more novel and effective display platform for alumni enterprises and expands the brand influence; Share resources with alumni companies to achieve a win-win situation and create value together. "

Shi Jiehui, director of agricultural products business in BTGPactual China, who is a director of 1997 EMBA, reviewed his relationship with university of international business and economics. From undergraduate to EMBA to doctor, Shi Jiehui thanked his alma mater for its training. At the same time, when reviewing her career and learning path, she concluded that this process is "from me to me", the former "I" is herself, and the latter "I" is "intelligence, insight, information, ideas, initiative, integration and innovation". She believes that both a person and an enterprise manager should have the above qualities.

Subsequently, Wang Chuang Yonggui from the International Business School of the University of International Business and Economics delivered a wonderful keynote speech entitled "Customer Innovation and Value Co-creation under the New Normal". He emphasized that the theory of value co-creation was first put forward in the world as early as 2004. Traditionally, producers are the only value creators, but the theory of value co-creation holds that consumers are no longer pure value consumers, but value co-creators who interact with producers. Wang Yonggui said that in the current period of rapid transformation, under the background of the new economic normal, the only way for enterprises to develop is to truly find the pain points of customers and realize value creation through precision marketing. He reminded every alumnus present: "The martial arts in the world are only quick and unbreakable", and there should be "additive thinking", "iterative thinking" and "experiential thinking", and vividly expounded how to "hold a group to keep warm" from the perspective of marketing, and finally realized a win-win situation in value creation.

Gao Guanghai is very optimistic about the controversial photovoltaic industry. In Gao Guanghai's view, China is the world's largest photovoltaic manufacturing country and photovoltaic demand country. At present, the domestic market has been pulled up, and the biggest risk lies in policy risk. The innovation of photovoltaic e-purchase business model has increased Gao Guanghai's confidence in the photovoltaic industry. According to Gao Guanghai, the enterprise analyzed the whole industry from the perspective of industrial chain, and found that most of the resources in the photovoltaic industry are concentrated in large centralized power stations, but they can't take care of minimally invasive distributed power stations. Therefore, the company starts from the pain points of the industry, gives full play to the advantages of reunion, gathers and disperses demand, integrates the upstream and downstream industrial resources of the industry, and builds an energy Internet business model.

"Look for investment opportunities in market segments and lay out new investment areas in advance." This is Wang Yi's unique business model. However, in the face of the current Internet tide, Wang Yi insists that the wealth management industry should "reverse" innovation and move towards the Internet. Wang Yi said that the wealth management industry serves investors, and the moral hazard of practitioners in this industry is far greater than the risk of the project itself. Recently, Internet financial fraud cases have emerged in an endless stream. The internet only separates people, so we can't rely too much on it. Wang Yi emphasized that "our core business must be done offline and face to face with high net worth investors".

Finally, Xing, vice president of the International Business School of the University of International Business and Economics, served as the moderator, and many guests sat together and had an in-depth dialogue on Face to Face with Innovation. In the in-depth dialogue, four alumni business guests, Gao Guanghai, Wang Yi, Gao Chongji and Liu Jian, talked about their views on "cross-border" and "network celebrity economy" respectively.
