2. Students should fill in user information when registering. The user name consists of letters, numbers and underscores, and letters are case-sensitive. The password is 6 to 20 characters, and you need to enter it twice for confirmation. The user name is the unique identification in the system. Students should remember the user name and password after registration, and enter the user name and password when logging in to the system. Only after the verification is successful can they log in.
3. One ID number can only register one user, and the existing ID cards in the system cannot be registered repeatedly. If students forget their user name or password, they can click Forgot User Name or Password on the page and enter their real name and ID number to retrieve registration information.
4. Personal details should be filled in when registering, which must be accurate and true to ensure the effectiveness of students' study and examination. Including: ID number, real name, gender, nationality, date of birth, political outlook, highest education level, organization (unit, you can choose your own competent unit through the drop-down list, Ordos City can only choose Ordos unit), professional course foundation, personal identity (civil servants, personnel of public institutions, personnel of enterprise units, professional and technical personnel), professional title (full senior title, deputy senior title, intermediate title, junior)
5. After successful registration, students can log in to the learning system through their user names and passwords, and conduct operations such as buying classes, studying, taking exams, and printing files.
Second, the course purchase method
1. Click "My Training Task", click 15 Training Plan, and click "Add Course".
2. Click on the compulsory course "Team Cooperation Ability of Professional and Technical Personnel and Construction of Innovative Teams", and a "V" will appear in the course, 15 class hours (including exams). Eight optional courses are available. Click "Next".
3. "My Order" appears, and click "Pay" at the back. Click "Alipay" on the left to pay, and click "Pay" in the lower right corner.
4. The bank interface appears. There are three payment methods for the course: online banking, Alipay and express payment (you don't need to open online banking, you can use savings card or credit card). Choose by yourself and click to confirm the payment.
5. After the course is purchased successfully, the quick learning column of the course will be added to the recent courses on the home page of the learning system. After students log in to the system, click Continue Learning to enter the course learning page.
Third, curriculum learning.
1. Students log in and click "Continue Learning" in the shortcut bar of "Recent Courses". Students click the play button after a chapter and go directly to the chapter. Students can choose the order of each chapter.
2. There are two forms of courses, video and PPT. Students can switch to the course handout page while watching the video, and the course handout is synchronized with the course video. Students can also check the course introduction and record their own notes during the study.
3. Watch video in three modes: standard, smooth and audio. Students can choose according to the network situation, and the occupied network resources are decreasing in turn, which is smooth by default.
4. The video playback of each chapter has a progress bar, which shows the current learning progress. The progress bar can only be dragged forward, and the content that has been learned is repeatedly read, and it is not allowed to be dragged back.
5. If you open other windows during the learning process, the learning system will automatically pause. When students return to the learning page, click "Play" to continue learning. The course will be automatically suspended every fifteen minutes, and students need to click play to continue their studies.
6. The course automatically saves the progress every fifteen minutes. Students can also click "End Learning" at the top of the video to save the current progress in the learning process. The next time you study, you will be prompted whether to continue studying from the last time you quit. Click "OK" to start learning from the last exit, otherwise the video will be replayed.
7. Students must complete the course content before taking the exam.
Fourth, the exam.
1. Students log in, click "My Exam" to take the exam directly, answer the questions online, and display the results directly after submitting the test paper. Those who have not completed the corresponding courses are not allowed to take the exam.
2. Compulsory courses must be tested, and only after passing can they be counted as course credits. Elective courses are calculated directly, without exams.
3. The test paper can display all the questions on one page or on multiple pages.
4. After entering the exam, the countdown shows the remaining time for answering questions. During the exam, students can mark uncertain questions, and the marked, unfinished and done questions are displayed in different colors. You can also click to jump to the marked question.
5. Each student has three exam opportunities, and the exam duration is 60 minutes. If there are special reasons such as disconnection during the examination, you can continue to answer questions before the end of the examination time without counting the number of times.
6. After submitting the test paper, the system will automatically grade it, showing the test results and passing conditions. Students are not allowed to enter the exam again after passing the exam.
Five, print files
1. Students cannot print their transcripts until they have completed the course and passed the exam.
2. Students log in, click "My File" and click "Print Certificate (Report Card)", that is, the training file of continuing education public course, and the certificate has anti-counterfeiting watermark and qualified seal.
3. Training files include name, gender, ID card, total class hours, study time, unit, professional training base and list of courses studied.
4. The trainees will paste the printed training files on the current registration page of the continuing education certificate, and the hours obtained will be recorded in the total training hours of the trainees, including compulsory courses and elective courses.
