Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of our college, this enrollment charter is formulated.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 A leading group for enrollment work composed of college leaders and heads of relevant departments shall be established to study and formulate policies and regulations for enrollment work of the college. Major issues in enrollment are discussed and decided by the Academic Affairs Office.

Article 6 The Admissions and Employment Office is a permanent institution responsible for enrollment and graduate employment, and is responsible for the daily affairs of enrollment.

Article 7 The College shall set up an enrollment supervision group headed by the head of the Discipline Inspection Commission, which shall be responsible for supervising the implementation of various policies and regulations on enrollment and the whole process of enrollment, and set up an enrollment supervision telephone to accept the supervision of the news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Eighth according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Ministry of education, the preparation of provincial and professional enrollment plan. The specific enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial education examination institutes (High Admissions Office). The enrollment plan of the college is formulated according to the demand of social talents, the development plan of the college and the conditions for running a school. The enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be discussed and approved by the dean's office and implemented after being approved by the provincial education department. In the specific implementation process, with the consent of the leading group of college enrollment and the consent of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute (High Admissions Office), the professional plan can be appropriately adjusted according to the students' situation.

Article 9 The Admissions and Employment Office shall report (send) the enrollment plan to the relevant provincial education examination institutes (High School Admissions Office) within the specified time, and announce it to the public according to the specified time.

Tenth colleges and universities really need to adjust the enrollment plan, it should apply to the higher level enrollment department, after approval, in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Eleventh according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the implementation of the "school is responsible for the supervision of the provincial education examination institute" admission system. In accordance with the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", candidates who have passed the ideological and political moral examination, reached the standard of physical examination and reached the admission control score line of our college are selected.

Article 12 Candidates who meet the professional requirements for training rural preschool teachers in Yuhang District, Chun 'an County and jiande city shall fill in their volunteers in accordance with the relevant provisions on enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. Candidates must fill in their volunteers in our college as the first institution, otherwise it will be invalid.

Article 13 Admission method of "Unified College Entrance Examination" in Zhejiang Province: On the premise that the candidates meet the scope of the selected subjects, according to the list of candidates provided by parallel volunteer, the provincial education examination institute, the candidates are admitted from high to low according to the total score of the college entrance examination. Candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination are admitted in the order of ranking and volunteering. After the three-stage admission, the majors who have not completed the enrollment plan will be recruited voluntarily.

Article 14 Admission method of "individual examination" in Zhejiang Province: On the premise of candidates' application categories, according to the list of candidates provided by parallel volunteer, a major of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their total scores in the college entrance examination. When the total score of candidates is the same, they will be admitted according to the total score of culture. When the total score of culture is still the same, they will be admitted in order of single subject score and score. The order of single subjects is vocational skills, Chinese and mathematics. When the total score is the same as that of the single subject, the students will be admitted in voluntary order. After admission, the majors that have not completed the enrollment plan will be recruited for voluntary admission.

Fifteenth in addition to Zhejiang Province, according to the provincial education examination institutions (High Admissions Office) admission batch arrangement, determine the admission ratio and the proportion of filing in advance. According to the situation of students with scores above this batch and the relevant data provided by provincial education examination institutes (High Admissions Office), the plan will be adjusted in advance according to the online students who apply for our college. Accept the admission list provided by the provincial education examination institutes (High Admissions Office) according to the situation of this batch of students according to the proportion of investment, and the college will determine the admission score. After admission, the majors who have not completed the enrollment plan will be admitted voluntarily, and those who have not completed the enrollment plan will be downgraded as appropriate to seek voluntary admission.

Article 16 Except for Zhejiang Province, all candidates who enter the file are ranked according to the professional volunteer order, according to the actual test scores, and are selected according to the number of enrollment plans of each major from high score to low score. Candidates who can't meet the first major are admitted to the second major, and candidates who still can't meet the third major are admitted to the third major, and so on. When the professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, the candidates who obey the professional adjustment will be randomly admitted to the majors with insufficient plans, and those who don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Seventeenth except in Zhejiang Province, in the case of constant total score, according to the total cultural score, the total cultural score remains unchanged, and then sorted by the order and score of individual subjects. Single subjects are arranged in order: liberal arts are Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages; Science subjects are mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages.

Article 18 Our college treats all previous students and freshmen equally.

Article 19 Foreign language requirements: None. (All foreign languages are taught in English. Candidates who are not in English should fill in carefully. )

Article 20 Ratio of male to female: There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female students in all majors admitted to our college.

Twenty-first professional grade difference: professional grade difference is not required.

Twenty-second physical health requirements: in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Among them, art majors, preschool education (normal education) majors and early education majors require candidates to be color blind and weak.

Article 23 The college enrolls students by major category for some unified college entrance examinations and individual examination plans, in which computer [including computer application technology (digital media production direction, website development direction, 5G application service direction) and e-commerce technology] are studied by major (direction) after enrolling students in 1 year.

Article 24 Candidates who are admitted to the pre-school education (normal education) major and early education major in our college will study in Yanzhou campus in the first academic year and in Gao Qiao campus in the last two years.

Twenty-fifth students in school to major in accordance with the "Hangzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology students to major management rules" implementation. Among them, candidates who apply for cooperation with universities in Taiwan Province Province cannot change their majors during their school years; Candidates who apply for the pre-school education (normal) major of rural preschool teachers are not allowed to transfer or change majors during their school days.

Chapter V Fees and Certificates

Article 29 Freshmen's files: The admitted freshmen must hold the admission notice issued by our college to get the candidates' files from the graduate middle school (or the examination enrollment institution where the candidates are located) and submit them to our college when reporting.

Article 30 Freshmen's Registration: The admitted freshmen must go through the admission formalities in our college on schedule in accordance with the provisions of the admission notice. Those who fail to report for two weeks (based on the actual date of registration) without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.

Thirty-first new students, the college according to the provisions of the physical review and re-examination of admission conditions, do not meet the admission conditions, cancel their admission qualifications.
