Registration method
Acceptance principle
1. Priority admission. To comprehensively measure students' development, we should not only pay attention to their academic level, but also their moral development and physical and mental health; We should not only pay attention to the common foundation of students, but also pay attention to their individual characteristics, and select the best students on the basis of comprehensive evaluation and respect for choice.
2. One admission. Implement a unified enrollment management system in the city. Each student can enroll students in various ways and fill in multiple volunteers, but the admission opportunity is only once. After being admitted to a school, candidates may not ask to give up the admission results, and other schools may not be admitted again. Students who are not registered in the city's unified enrollment management system will not be registered.
3. Information disclosure. Schools all over the country should disclose their enrollment plans to the public in advance through various channels, including enrollment plans, enrollment objects and scope, enrollment methods, private high school charging standards and other enrollment information, so that candidates and parents can correctly choose to apply for high schools.
Ordinary high school enrollment
1. Admission requirements
Ordinary senior high school students are admitted on the basis of academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation results. When candidates apply for special students or special students, the corresponding dimension of their comprehensive quality evaluation must reach A, etc. Provincial ordinary high school characteristic demonstration schools or counties shall not admit candidates whose comprehensive quality evaluation has not reached 2A3B. Ordinary high schools may not admit the following students: (1) those who are not included in the unified enrollment management system; (2) did not participate in the senior high school entrance examination in our city; (3) The results of the senior high school entrance examination are below the minimum control line of the ordinary high school in the place of origin; (4) The comprehensive quality evaluation grade can't reach 5B.
According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the higher authorities, all students who participate in the high school admission in our city must take the academic level examination in our city. Students who register in non-registration places in this city are admitted to the corresponding admission places according to the admission places selected when they register for the academic proficiency test and combined with the audit results. Students who attend schools outside the city and participate in high school admission can participate in high school admission in the place where their household registration is located only after being audited by the education administrative department at the place where their household registration is located and taking the academic level examination in our city.
2. Registration method
(1) Unified enrollment. Within the prescribed enrollment scope, public and private ordinary high schools will be admitted to parallel volunteer through the unified enrollment management system of the whole city according to the enrollment plan, the examination results of candidates' academic level and the evaluation results of candidates' comprehensive quality.
In the process of admission, candidates' scores reach the minimum admission line of the school. If the total score is the same, the admission will be compared according to the following rules (the same below): according to the total score of cultural subjects (excluding physical education subjects), the admission will be from high to low; Admission is sorted by the total scores of Chinese and mathematics from high to low; Admission according to language or mathematics (subjects with high scores) grades from high to low; Admission is from high to low according to English single subject scores; After comparison in turn, it is still the same, parallel admission.
(2) Directional allocation of enrollment. The provincial model schools with characteristics of ordinary senior high schools allocate more than 60% of the enrollment plans to junior high schools and districts in the form of targeted enrollment and urban targeted overall enrollment. In principle, Wenzhou Middle School and Wenzhou No.2 Senior Middle School will allocate more than 60% (inclusive) of the enrollment plan to middle schools directly under the Municipal Bureau, Lucheng District secondary schools and districts outside the administrative region according to the proportion of junior high school graduates.
Directional students assigned to middle schools directly under the Municipal Bureau and subordinate middle schools in Lucheng District must study in directional junior high schools for two years or more (subject to their student status), one of which is grade nine. From the fall of 2022 (that is, 2025), Wenzhou Middle School and Wenzhou No.2 Middle School are allocated to schools in principle according to the proportion of junior high school graduates, and the specific implementation is carried out according to the documents of the ministries and agencies.
(3) Independent enrollment
Special student enrollment. Ordinary high schools can apply for recruiting new junior high school graduates with specialties in sports, art and science and technology according to their own school orientation, school characteristics and curriculum implementation ability and conditions, and the number of students enrolled should not exceed 5% of the number of enrollment plans of the school in the current year (the number of enrollment plans for football projects is listed separately).
Characteristic students recruit students. According to the Notice of Wenzhou Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Ordinary High Schools in 2023, all localities can choose some academic high schools or high schools with sports and artistic characteristics to conduct independent enrollment within the prescribed scope and promote the diversified development of schools.
In 2023, Wenzhou Middle School and Wenzhou No.2 Middle School enrolled students as pilot schools with the characteristics of "academic high school construction". Wenzhou Middle School enrolls 44 students with urban characteristics/KLOC-0, and Wenzhou No.2 Middle School enrolls 48 students with Lucheng characteristics.
Sino-foreign cooperative projects and college enrollment. Wenzhou Art School, Wenzhou No.21 Middle School Australian High School, Wenzhou No.22 Middle School Canadian High School, Wenzhou Middle School International Department (Cambridge International course center) and Wenzhou Mason United School High School can apply for independent enrollment for the whole city, and the enrollment plan and admission results will be announced after being audited by the Municipal Education Bureau.
(4) Private ordinary high school enrollment
Enrollment in this region. Lucheng District Private Ordinary High School (including Wenzhou No.51 Middle School and Wenzhou Foreign Language High School)

All districts co-ordinate enrollment. In principle, 60% of the enrollment plan for private ordinary senior high schools in Lucheng District is allocated to each district according to the proportion of the number of students enrolled in each district. At the same time, taking into account the factors of stopping enrolling students in regional ordinary high schools and enrolling students in new schools, parallel volunteer was admitted. Private ordinary high schools in all districts outside the administrative region plan to enroll students in Lucheng District.
The enrollment plan is as follows: Wenzhou Xiaoqiu Middle School 106 students, Wenzhou No.61 Middle School (Lucheng, private)14 students, Wenzhou Yuexiu School (Lucheng, private) 106 students, and Wenzhou Shiwai High School (Lucheng, private) with 56 students.
Cross-county overall enrollment The cross-county enrollment plan in the city is put forward by the school, audited by the lower education administrative department, and agreed with the education administrative department of the place of origin, and uniformly issued by the Municipal Education Bureau. Cross-county enrollment plan shall not exceed 15% of the total enrollment plan of the school.
Wenzhou No.51 Middle School, Wenzhou Cai Ying School and Wenzhou Dongou Middle School are unified into the enrollment plan of the education administrative department of the source of students, and parallel volunteer is accepted. Those who have not completed the overall enrollment plan will not be re-enrolled.
(5) Enrollment of ordinary high schools outside the city
Without the consent of the provincial education department and the municipal education administrative department, no public or private ordinary high school may enroll students across cities. Candidates who are recruited in violation of regulations will not be allowed to go through the electronic student status migration procedures.
