It is reported that the Ministry of Education held a site promotion meeting in Shizuishan City, Ningxia to promote the construction of artificial intelligence teachers and strengthen the construction of rural teachers in the new era. The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to face the future, consciously seize the strategic opportunity of artificial intelligence to boost the construction of teachers, solve the bottleneck problems such as insufficient teacher establishment and imbalance of teachers through the deep integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and education, and improve teachers' educational and teaching ability and the effectiveness of education in poverty alleviation.

The educational resources in our district are insufficient, some teachers are older, lack of sense of responsibility, and have the idea of becoming a monk every day.
