Does the Teacher Law allow teachers and students to fall in love?
Not allowed.

I. Violation of professional ethics

As educators, teachers' primary duty is to educate and guide students. Love relationship may make teachers biased and inclined, which will affect the fairness and objectivity of education. In addition, the love between teachers and students may also lead other teachers, students and parents to question teachers' professional ethics and damage teachers' image and reputation.

Second, it has a bad influence on students.

Students are in the stage of growth and development, and their psychology and emotions are not yet mature. The love between teachers and students may cause students to have wrong emotional concepts and behavior patterns, which will have a negative impact on their future development. At the same time, the love between teachers and students may also lead to school bullying, discrimination and other undesirable phenomena, and destroy the harmonious atmosphere on campus.

Third, the prohibition of laws and policies

China's "Teacher Law" and other relevant laws and regulations clearly stipulate that teachers should abide by professional ethics and must not have proper relationship with students. In addition, the education department has repeatedly issued a document stressing that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style, and it is strictly forbidden to violate professional ethics such as teacher-student love.

To sum up:

The Teachers Law does not allow teachers and students to fall in love, which not only violates the professional ethics of the education industry, but also may have a negative impact on students' physical and mental health. In order to maintain the fairness and objectivity of education and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers should strictly abide by professional ethics and avoid falling in love with students.
