First, the official document elements

Prefix number (7) (six digits in the first line in the upper left corner), classification (secret, confidential and top secret) and duration of confidentiality, urgency, document number of issuing authority, document number (authority character, hexagonal brackets and year of writing) and issuer (above).

15. Attachment: explanation, supplement or quotation of the official document.
