Where does the teacher's happiness come from? (4) Teachers' happiness in modern education is diversified, which comes from many aspects and is suitable for different types of teachers, so that teachers can enrich and realize themselves in all aspects. After working for nearly five years, I deeply feel the diverse sources of teachers' happiness in my work and getting along with students.

1 comes from the teacher's own professional orientation.

Five years ago, the night before I was about to stand on the podium, I couldn't sleep for a long time. I asked myself many questions: What kind of teacher should I be? How to be a teacher that students like? How to be responsible for every student? How to do well in every class and so on. Finally, I set myself a short-term position, that is, to be a teacher who is responsible for every student. This orientation also allows me to treat every student I teach as much as I can during my five-year teaching career. No matter what setbacks I encounter, I put my students first and make myself feel worthy of what my students call me.

To feel the happiness of teachers' profession, we must first look at the definition of teachers' profession and our own positioning. Only when teachers have a good position of their own profession can they carry out purposeful teaching activities in their teaching work, thus achieving better teaching results.

2. It comes from the realization of teachers' self-worth.

Every teacher has a different orientation after positioning his own profession, that is, according to different orientations, he constantly realizes his true value in the process of educational behavior. Welfare and salary are not the real value of teachers, but the most important embodiment of teachers' self-worth lies in their ethics. The goal of education is to "have both ability and political integrity, and attach importance to morality." As a teacher, if you want to set an example to cultivate your good professional ethics and reflect the true value of teachers in professional ethics, you must do: love your post, care for students, teach and educate people, be a model and learn for life.

It comes from the optimistic and enterprising attitude of teachers.

Every profession has its burnout period, and teachers are no exception. Therefore, how to overcome job burnout is a very important factor for teachers to maintain an optimistic and enterprising attitude. Keeping an optimistic attitude in the face of setbacks and difficulties and passing this emotional attitude on to students can not only make them more active in their work, but also set an example, so that our students can also actively face the difficulties in their study and life and find ways to solve them.

Education is a creative undertaking. With the continuous progress of modern education, teachers should not be satisfied with the status quo. They should conform to the requirements of the times, improve their professional ethics and teaching level by self-learning advanced educational concepts and teaching methods according to their actual working environment and their own stage, so as to constantly enrich themselves and provide students with more knowledge while improving their professional ability.

4. From the balance of teachers' work and life.

For every teacher, work and life are like two ends of a scale. When work and life are balanced, life is balanced and complete. In addition to loving their work, teachers should also maintain a positive and optimistic attitude towards life and enjoy the fun brought by life, so that teachers can be more involved in their work and maintain a good working attitude and attitude. If teachers lock themselves in their work for a long time and don't pay attention to life, they can't do their work well, and people are confined to a small range for a long time, which is prone to psychological problems. Modern teachers should reasonably balance work and life, make them complement each other and promote us to form a win-win situation between work and life.

It comes from students' achievements and progress.

As a teacher, the greatest happiness is to watch their students daily growing progress, cultivate their useful moral quality and knowledge and skills, and make them more competitive in society. On the first teachers' day when I just joined the work, I was very moved and encouraged to see the holiday cards made by students who had been teaching for a month. When I saw the fresh graduates from our school come back to visit their former teachers, I envied those teachers. Their efforts and efforts are helpless. Although teachers lead an ordinary life, it is a kind of happiness that they can teach thousands of students.

After working for five years, I sent off a group of graduates and watched them step by step from the middle grade to the sixth grade, and then walked out of the primary school gate and entered junior high school. I am very touched and feel that my efforts have paid off. When the children returned to their alma mater on the first Teachers' Day after graduation and visited all the teachers who had taught them, the feeling of happiness welled up in their hearts. Maybe in a few years, my students will be admitted to the university like me, and then enter the society and become an indispensable force for social development. That kind of happiness will continue to exist.

Where does the teacher's happiness come from? (5) Everyone has different sources of happiness, and everyone has different sense of identity with happiness. As a middle-aged teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience, I have been asking myself, as a teacher, where does my happiness come from?

First of all, be satisfied.

In the most basic sense, a teacher is a profession, which is the most important support for me to support my family. Maybe everyone enters the teacher's door for different purposes, but I entered the door with a happy mood. Imagine doing what you like, having a stable income, staying comfortably at home in the hottest or coldest time, without worrying about having no money in your account at the end of the month, and not having to work from dawn to dusk until you are exhausted. I think I am luckier than 80% people. Why am I not satisfied? It is often said that contentment is always happy. With happiness, there is the cornerstone of happiness, and happiness will be close to us.

Second, be caring.

When we face the parents who put the students in our hands, our sense of responsibility will arise. When we face the students' eyes for knowledge, our love will rise from the heart. At this time, I think teachers are not just a profession, but a profession, the most glorious profession under the sun. We need not only solid professional knowledge, but also our love. In classroom teaching, whenever students learn a skill and complete a work under our guidance, satisfaction and pleasure will emerge on their faces, because we satisfy the students' satisfaction and make them happy; I am satisfied when we accept students' bows on campus and enjoy their sincere and humble greetings. Because our time with students is only one week, I don't expect students to send me flowers and cards on Teacher's Day, and I don't care if they know my name. I even think our teachers here will give me a discount in the hearts of students. But a little thing, but let me regain the happiness and pride of being a technical teacher. Once, walking on the road, I suddenly heard a call: "old teacher!" ! "Because the students' voices are louder, the eyes in the street are coming to me. I am a little excited and proud. In the envious eyes of passers-by, the happiness in my heart arises spontaneously.

Third, we must have goals and pursuits.

In Marosey's hierarchy of needs theory, self-fulfilling needs are the highest level. The higher the demand, the stronger the happiness when it is realized.

There are two prerequisites for the realization of self-worth: one is to have goals, and the other is to have pursuits. At work, we should set realistic goals for ourselves from time to time according to different actual situations. With goals, we will have motivation and pursuit. Through our unremitting efforts, we have achieved a small goal. I think we all have a sense of accomplishment and happiness. If we have no goal, no pursuit, small wealth means security, content with the status quo, yesterday, today and tomorrow will always be the same person, it is difficult for us to dig into the root of happiness. There is no joy of harvest without sowing.

In fact, the goal is not illusory, the key depends on how we define the goal ourselves. The big goal can be the promotion of professional titles, the achievement of various honors, and the return of students' excellent grades; A small goal can be the final draft of a paper that has been brewing for a long time, the praise of an open class that has been prepared for a long time, or the birth of an excellent work in the hands of students under your guidance. So I often set myself some goals at the beginning of each semester, such as completing a class, preparing an open class, or adjusting the teaching content. In this way, whenever you are free, you will not be idle, because people are lazy. If there is no goal, it is easy to make yourself mediocre day by day.

Fourth, we should have a normal mind.

In life, nine times out of ten things go wrong, and so does work. Maybe our work is not recognized, maybe our efforts are hard to bear fruit, or maybe our sincerity is indifferent to others. At this time, we should not blame others, but should face it with a tolerant attitude. Confucius said, "Ignorance without satisfaction is not a gentleman?" We can't ask everyone to be a gentleman, but we should always tell ourselves not to be a villain. We should believe that heaven rewards diligence, and we should believe that no pains are rewarded. Maybe this field is short of fertilizer, maybe the sowing time is not sure, or there is still some time and distance from the harvest, but in any case, we should treat all kinds of disappointments in our work and life with a normal heart, so that we can get closer to happiness.

When we stand on the podium every day to sow the seeds of knowledge and pass on the wisdom of civilization, those sincere eyes are our happiness; When we pass by students, sincere greetings are our happiness. In fact, sometimes happiness is as simple as that.
