The development of educational rectification activities will certainly promote the pace of regularization construction, especially for the outstanding problems still existing in various work, which has played a good role in urging rectification.

Therefore, I deeply realize that in the process of discipline education and rectification, while doing all the work conscientiously, we should closely contact our personal thoughts and work practice, carefully check and reflect, identify the existing problems, analyze the root causes and formulate rectification measures.

According to these requirements, I have carefully reviewed my work in recent years, and I really feel that there is still a certain gap between myself and the squadron and comrades, and there are still many problems and deficiencies.

First, ideological education and theoretical study need to be further strengthened.

Educational rectification activities have been carried out for some time, but due to many tasks recently, they have not been implemented step by step according to the requirements of the squadron, especially in the study and investigation stage of educational rectification. Due to work reasons, there are many tasks at ordinary times, and some learning tasks are not completed.

Explain that your understanding of ideas is not high, your understanding is not enough, and your attention to theoretical study is not high enough. We must further strengthen ideological and political education and study, and strive to improve ideological awareness and political quality.

Second, the sense of responsibility and professionalism needs to be further strengthened.

At work, sometimes I have the psychology of waiting for others, always waiting for the deployment of superior leaders, and I can't take the initiative to carry out some work on my own. Work responsibility and dedication need to be further strengthened.
