The role of gasoline pump:
It sucks gasoline from the fuel tank and sends it to the float chamber of carburetor through pipeline and gasoline filter. It is precisely because of the gasoline pump that the gasoline tank can be placed at the rear of the engine and below the engine.
Classification:
According to the different driving modes, gasoline pumps can be divided into mechanical driving diaphragm type and electric driving type.
The working conditions of diaphragm gasoline pump are:
(1) When the oil suction camshaft rotates, when the eccentric top shakes the arm and pulls down the pump membrane pull rod, the pump membrane descends, generating suction, and the gasoline is sucked out of the oil tank and enters the oil chamber of the gasoline pump through the oil pipe and the gasoline filter.
(2) Pump oil When the eccentric wheel rotates at a certain angle and no longer supports the rocker arm, the pump diaphragm spring stretches to support the pump diaphragm to rise, and gasoline is pumped into the carburetor float chamber from the oil outlet valve.
