1, Langfang Normal University
Langfang Teachers College is a provincial full-time undergraduate college located in Langfang City, Hebei Province. In 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Langfang Teachers College, Langfang Education College and Langfang Teachers College merged to form Langfang Teachers College. From June 5438 to February 2004, with the approval of Hebei provincial government, it merged with Hebei Vocational and Technical College to form a new Langfang Normal College.

5. Institute of Disaster Prevention and Technology
The Institute of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology, affiliated to China Earthquake Administration, is the only comprehensive full-time general institution of higher learning in China, which focuses on higher education in disaster prevention and mitigation and has complete disciplines. The College was listed as a pilot unit of professional degree postgraduate training by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, and enrolled postgraduate students. The college enrolls students nationwide, with more than 8,000 full-time students.
