This afternoon, I held a reading meeting for young teachers. I carefully prepared a lecture entitled "How to be a professional reading teacher". More than 30 young teachers from the whole school gathered together, and this semester continued to deepen on the basis of the reading sharing activities carried out last semester.

I mainly start with "the importance of teachers' reading". What is professional reading? How to read professionally? What are the books for teachers' professional reading? "And so on several aspects. The 40-minute lecture opened the brains of the teachers, who were eagerly absorbing nutrition. Some teachers keep taking pictures and taking notes. After the lecture, I got applause, which made me feel that the preparation for more than a week was not in vain, and I was glad to see my growth footprint. This is thanks to the new network teacher and the benefits brought to me by the course "Teachers Reading Pictures".

"Professor Zhu Yongxin once said that a person's reading history is his spiritual development history. Similarly, a teacher's professional development history is his professional reading history to a certain extent. If the best investment is to invest in the brain, then the most fundamental way for teachers to invest in the brain is to conduct appropriate professional reading. " I quoted this passage from Professor Zhu at the beginning of the lecture, and all the teachers found it very novel.

Then I talked about what is professional reading? "Professional reading is a sincere and deep love. It is not a cold request and use, nor is it a calculation of birth, appearance and family property, nor is it an emotional consumption of "breaking up after dawn", or even the kind of romance that floats blindly in the clouds, but it is treated wholeheartedly among people who are truly worthy of love. It needs to devote its whole life to it, be happy, cry, be crazy and complain. Humble heart to listen to each other, feel each other, bravely experience pain, doubt, conflict, and of course chilling surprises, until you recognize yourself from each other and integrate into it. " This popular example vividly depicts teachers' professional reading, which is very appropriate.

So how should teachers read professionally? What do you want to read? How to read it? Teachers' professional development map consists of three parts. Ontology knowledge accounts for 50%, professional knowledge accounts for 30%, and basic knowledge of humanities accounts for 20%. What is ontology knowledge? Ontology knowledge refers to the professional knowledge of the subjects taught, and it is the core knowledge that people engaged in the educational profession must possess. For example, for Chinese education, it includes text interpretation of Chinese knowledge, subject practice and theoretical literature works, while for mathematics education, it refers to mathematics psychology, mathematics curriculum and teaching, mathematics culture and mathematics philosophy. So what does professional knowledge mean? Professional knowledge is the basic professional knowledge that people engaged in the education profession must have, including pedagogy, practical pedagogy and courses, theoretical education, career education, management psychology and other courses. What does basic human knowledge mean? The basic knowledge of humanities is not only for teachers, but also the basic knowledge of humanities that should be possessed, which constitutes a broader background for professional reading. The closer teachers' reading structure is to this ratio, the healthier their professional development will be. Once the proportion is out of balance, it will cause various problems.

In the lecture, I spread out these questions step by step, so that teachers can gradually understand how to take their own professional path. When talking about which professional books teachers should read, I listed some reference books for teachers to choose from. So how does the teacher read books after buying them? Next, I talked about the concept of "basic reading". In the choice of books, I emphasize the importance of basic books, that is, classic books that influence and form teachers' professional thinking mode. Teachers should be able to deeply understand this book, and this book should also be the origin of teachers' thinking about education and teaching.

In the process of reading, we should emphasize "intellectual reading", which is a kind of focused reading, that is, readers sort out valuable things through combing, criticizing and selecting books, absorb them and internalize them into their own structures, thus enriching, optimizing or rebuilding the original structure of teachers. In the way of reading, they can contact each other by reading together, and in this process, really good books will emerge constantly.

Posner pointed out: the growth of teachers = experience+reflection. If we teachers want to shorten their growth cycle, we must learn to reflect, and professional writing is an important means of reflection. There are many subjects in professional writing, such as educational sentiment, educational narrative and educational cases. However, an important principle is that writing serves education and teaching practice, becomes a means of self-reflection, and is also an important way to improve teaching level, and ultimately falls on promoting students' development.

By reading, we may not change our looks, but we can certainly change our tastes and weather. Some people look ordinary, but "listening to you is better than studying for ten years", which makes people feel like spring breeze. You will feel that he is profound and heavy, and you will feel that you have got a lot of inspiration. People's appearance can't be changed based on heredity, but people's spirit can be relaxed through reading. Through reading, we may not be able to extend the length of life, but we can certainly change the width of life and increase the thickness of life. There are innate factors such as genes at work in the length of human life, and reading the day after tomorrow can make our spiritual world broader and richer.

I have never heard of these books and theories before. I applied what I learned during this time to practical work, but I didn't expect it to produce such good results. After the lecture, the teachers asked the teachers to read books, and I also arranged a reading plan for the new semester. Let's read and write together and make progress together!
