(five) responsible for organizing and leading the enrollment and unified examination of all kinds of education at all levels in the region.

(six) responsible for the comprehensive management of social security and safety education management in the education system of the whole region.

(seven) to study and formulate the planning for the construction of the talent team in the education system in the whole region and organize its implementation; Responsible for the construction of talents, teachers and educational administrative personnel in the education system of the whole region, cadre allocation, salary management, job title evaluation and employment, training and exchange, and management of retired cadres.

(eight) responsible for the grassroots party building, spiritual civilization construction and publicity work, trade union construction and health care work in the education system of the whole region; Responsible for the discipline inspection of the education system.

(nine) responsible for formulating long-term and annual plans for the basic construction and maintenance of education in the whole region and organizing their implementation; Responsible for the budget and final accounts of the annual education funds in the whole region, and manage the education funds and student financial assistance; To supervise and manage the state-owned assets of education jointly with relevant departments.

(ten) to guide the moral education, physical education, health, art and national defense education in primary and secondary schools in the whole region.
