Yes By July 2023 10, official website, Xianyang Education Bureau was informed that Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics existed in Xianyang, 1995. College was founded in April 1960, and moved to Xianyang from Xi in April 1986. In September of 20001year, it was independently upgraded and restructured into Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics. Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics &; Economics is a multi-disciplinary and multi-level comprehensive financial college with finance as the main body and other finance majors developing together. It is led by the People's Bank of China and Shaanxi Province, with the People's Bank of China as the main body.
