Foreword:

1, Li Zhengtao: The mood of education is not just a book, it is a gift. It tells how a "teacher" enters the children's world with sensitivity, wit and love, opens up the infinite possibilities of children's life development, and then "carries out different educational actions for different individuals" to form a kind of "unique concern for uniqueness"-paying attention to the uniqueness of children, the uniqueness of situations and the uniqueness of personal life. It tells "educators" that pedagogy is a complex and subtle knowledge, a knowledge of "life facts" oriented to possibility and uniqueness, and a knowledge of irreplaceable life experience and growth experience for each individual. He includes an educational perspective and a teaching perspective: preservation, maintenance, respect and protection of each child's unique experience. It also points to the ability to actively distinguish between what is suitable and what is not suitable for growing children. It tells students that each of you will be seen, considerate and listened to, and we will act together with you, practice together and create life together.

2. Li Zhenxi: It contains people's life, radiates people's temperature, radiates people's breath, stirs people's emotions and burns people's thoughts. The wisdom of education is not a means to "smooth" and "repair" classes, nor is it an "art of war" to "tidy up" and "subdue" students. Only by looking at educational wisdom from the perspective of educational humanity can we obtain real great wisdom-with such great wisdom, our education will truly "have feelings."

3. Liu Tiefang: Every child is a world. The emotional appeal of education involves how to get a child's position, try to approach the child's world in a child's way, care for the child earnestly, understand the child, and guide the child and achieve the child in line with the inherent possibility of the child's development.

4. Liu Hui: The love of education is not a teacher's wishful thinking, it must meet the needs of children's life growth. What kind of love do children need? How can a teacher's love "reach" a child's heart? After reading the book Emotion of Education, I deeply feel that it is a study of children's life and a description and revelation of children's life growth in real life situations: she is a mirror that "sees" how adults "pass by" children's real experiences and feelings; She is a key to "open" adults and "walk into" the world of children's lives; She showed how adults can "step on" the rhythm of children's life, give them the educational love they need and "play" the beautiful music of educational atmosphere when dealing with children.

5. Tan Chuanbao: Valuable enlightenment: First, education and educational love cannot be separated for a moment. Teachers must look at children from the perspective of pedagogy. In other words, as an observer to protect and cultivate children, teachers should be aware of the existence of growing children and let them feel the "presence" of teachers. This requires us to pay attention to children, give them hope and get along with them more openly and inclusively. In short, educational love means educators' moral and humanitarian responsibilities to students, as well as educational companionship in line with the development reality of each child. Second, the sensitivity and tact of education are extremely important. A witty educational administrator knows what to say and what not to say, what to mention and what not to mention. The sensitivity and wit of education is the ability of education managers to enter the world of children's experience. Third, a good education must be inseparable from teaching reflection. The emotion of education vividly and profoundly explains a lot of educational wisdom (protecting children's curiosity, possibility and personal secret experience, forgetting the subject and teaching behavior, and balancing love and discipline). Thus, it summarizes the ability of educators that "pedagogy refers to actively distinguishing what is suitable and what is not suitable for growing children". Since the phenomenology of education emphasizes that "smart educators should form" unique concern about uniqueness "and" concern about the uniqueness of children, the uniqueness of situations and the uniqueness of personal life ",educators must constantly reflect on educational behavior to ensure the sensitivity to specific educational situations and the appropriateness of educational arrangements for specific individuals.

6. Education: What kind of situation do children think they are in? Or, deeper: how did the child experience this situation? As educators, no matter how well-intentioned our actions are, the situation expressed by our words and actions may still be inconsistent with the situation experienced by children. Educators should think like this: What happened to the boy? What does this have to do with his life? What does this mean to him? What can I say? How can I make him get an education from this matter? How can I give this child space suitable for his age? How can I educate him and make him grow into a responsible adult?
