According to the deployment of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government on the work of "double reduction", the municipal party committee and municipal government vigorously implemented the construction project of "having a good school at home" to promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education. City, district (city) and county education departments have diversified and cultivated high-quality educational resources through a series of measures, such as developing famous school groups, building affiliated schools with universities, helping schools in pairs, entrusting management, cultivating "new high-quality schools" and strengthening public junior high school projects.

1. Expand the scale of quality education resources.

Set up 78 batches of famous compulsory education schools, give full play to the advantages and brand effects of famous schools, and expand the scale of quality education resources, covering nearly 300 thousand students.

2. School twinning development

To promote the integrated development of regional education, six regional education alliances were established according to the "2+2+ 1" model, and 432 compulsory education schools were developed in pairs.

3. Build schools in depth with universities in Chengdu.

Promote 14 districts (cities) and counties to build 26 colleges and universities in Chengdu, and build an "ecological circle of colleges and universities around the development of basic education".

4. Cultivate "new quality schools"

Through the guidance of famous schools, open schools and inclined support, the school-running level of 68 public junior high schools will be improved and 367 "new quality schools" for compulsory education will be cultivated.

5. Promote the balance of teachers.

Promote teachers' cross-school communication and promote the balance of teachers. The exchange of teachers in compulsory education schools in the city reached 15%, of which backbone teachers accounted for 46%.

6. Promote the implementation of "precise refinement"

Establish two ledgers, namely, the nearest enrollment rate in compulsory education stage and the enrollment of private schools in junior and junior high schools, and promote the implementation of "precise assistance".
