Third, show my expectations. People's IQ is high or low, which is innate, but a person's success does not depend entirely on intellectual factors. In my opinion, the key of school education can't just focus on imparting knowledge. Cultivating students' strong interest in learning, forming good study habits, mastering scientific learning methods and having the spirit of hard study are four essential links in school education. Especially for poor students and students who can't develop in an all-round way, it is most important to enhance their confidence in learning from each other's strengths! Premier Wen Jiabao said during his visit to the United States that confidence is more important than gold and currency.
This sentence also applies to poor students, which is one of my expectations; Second, parents' meetings should be held frequently, and teachers should participate flexibly and diversely, so as to change the situation that only the head teacher is a one-man show. On the one hand, I have no advanced experience in educating children. On the other hand, my children are not particularly outstanding in this expert team. Parents here are experts in educating children, and excellent children of parents abound here. However, every child is the brightest star in parents' hearts, not to mention the children who study, live and grow up in this fertile soil. Today, we are destined to meet. Home and school work together to pay attention to children's growth and discuss their development together. Thank the school for providing us with such a platform for communication. Our aim is to make all children grow up healthily.
High school students are children in our eyes, but they are adults in their own eyes. We should look at them with double eyes. Because of this, we put forward higher requirements for getting along with them. I think, along with my son's growth, I think three points are particularly important to share with all the parents present:
Respect children. Everyone is eager to get respect from others, and so are children. When a child is respected by adults, he will know how to respect others when he grows up. Education experts say that children's initial feeling of being respected is obtained from their parents, and the awareness of respecting others is gradually established through the continuous strengthening of small things in daily life. Children are vivid life, but also rich in emotion and personality. Only by fully respecting children can children develop healthily, happily and comprehensively.
When it comes to respect, as parents, we should first put down our airs, put ourselves and our children on an equal footing, don't be too arrogant, and don't always indulge in blind obedience. Efforts should be made to seek psychological communication and tacit understanding with children.
In addition, to respect children, we must give them some free space. Respect children's privacy, don't reveal their little secrets, don't ask their consent, don't flip their things at will, don't make negative assertions about children at will, don't often compare children with others, and especially don't let children be dwarfed by the advantages of others; Don't force children to do things beyond their power, and don't expect too much from them.
As parents, they should support their children in various ways as their age grows and their sense of independence increases, such as expressing their trust in their children, giving them independent space, giving them the autonomy to spend their time, respecting their choices, being kind to their friends and so on. Let children always feel good about themselves, and always feel that they can become an independent adult, no matter when they study and live.

Pay attention to health. The health I'm talking about here includes not only the healthy growth of the body, but also the healthy study of schoolwork, and more importantly, the healthy development of psychology and the sound cultivation of personality.
High school is still a critical period of growth. Balanced nutrition and adequate sleep are needed to ensure the growth and development of the body. A healthy and strong body is the capital of revolution. Only when you are in good health can you study hard. For three years in high school, children's daily life and diet are at school, which is beyond our parents' reach. Therefore, it is necessary for schools to create a better and greener eating and living environment so that children can truly feel at home. I know that the accommodation environment of Yongjia Middle School is first-class in Yongjia County and has reached the provincial first-class standard. I just dare to give the school some earnest wishes as a parent. There is a saying that nothing is better. I hope that school leaders will take care of our children with more humanized accommodation management, so that children can have a happy life and parents can have no worries.
Secondly, as parents, we should also pay attention to the health of children's schoolwork. According to the actual situation of children and the actual situation of courses, the key to educating children is to balance distribution and highlight their own advantages. The key lies in the classroom, and kung fu is outside the classroom. Only by studying nervously, relaxing and combining work and rest can we be in an invincible position.
Furthermore, we should attach great importance to the development of children's healthy psychology and the cultivation of sound personality. Appropriate communication. People need to communicate, and parents and children are no exception. Treat children as friends, understand more, praise more, encourage more, criticize less, blame less, and don't beat and scold.
