Introduction:

The so-called "life education" is the education of "for life, through life and about life". It involves "objectives, processes and contents".

The understanding of "life education" needs a process of continuous enrichment and deepening before it can be transformed from an educational idea to an educational belief. The so-called "belief" is our firm and unshakable belief, including belief in life, belief in education and belief in society. To turn an idea into a belief, we must thoroughly think, share and strengthen it.

Share: 1. We should care about each other's situation, needs and feelings, don't be arrogant and talk to ourselves. Retelling is to test students' ability to capture information. 2. Sharing is a two-way, equal, interactive and two-way equal giving. Students give teachers wisdom and inspiration, and teachers give students incentives, not unilateral charity; 3. Sharing is a sincere meeting of each other's hearts.

Life education emphasizes the unity of knowledge and action, which means not only knowing and understanding the characteristics of human life, but also paying attention to life, cherishing life, respecting life, appreciating life, fearing life and enriching life. It is reflected in all our subtle behaviors.

Life education needs educators' new personality, and needs sincere, cordial, sympathetic, appreciative, happy and warm personality.

If educational leaders do not pay attention to teachers' living conditions and life realm, their cultural background and professional quality, and blindly pay attention to school-running characteristics and brand building, it is tantamount to putting the cart before the horse.

Teacher Ogawa's theory about walking sticks;

Ask the students, "Why does he carry crutches with him?"

The student replied, "crutches are generally used to assist walking, but teachers seem to be able to walk independently." I don't know why I use crutches. "

Teacher Ogawa explained: As long as you walk on campus, you will walk no less than 6,000 steps every day. I like to lean on crutches. This is not only to protect my knees, but also a hobby of mine. My legs and feet are neat, and leaning on crutches will always attract strange eyes from others, or acquaintances will ask with concern, "What's wrong with you?" It takes a lot of effort to explain people's inquiries clearly. People's interpretation of things is influenced by their interpretation system. In the eyes of the vast majority of people, only people with inconvenient legs and feet are on crutches. I analyze why I have this addiction, which can be traced back to my childhood experience: when I was a child, when I was about six or seven years old, I went to my uncle's house, and they lived in a house called Zhoujiawan, about one kilometer away from my home. I always meet dogs when I go to their house, and sometimes several dogs attack at the same time (so that I have been chased by dogs many times in my past dreams). That fear is unforgettable. I thought if I had a stick in my hand, I would not be afraid of them. This means that in my mind, things like sticks, crutches and canes will enhance my psychological security. As the most important factor of a person's happiness, a sense of security is a deep and secret psychological need of people.

Crutches, to be exact, are called "crutches" and "dog sticks" in the countryside. I recently discovered that it also has a function of self-defense. Sometimes the dog comes out for a walk, but the dog is not tied. It doesn't matter if the dog is a puppy, but if the dog owner doesn't tie it, it will make people feel scared. With a stick in your hand, the fear will disappear. I also found that walking sticks can not only give me courage, but also deter the wicked. As for/kloc-the "gentleman's walking stick" popular in Britain and other western countries from the 0/7th century to the first half of the 20th century, it has the function of decoration and identification, that is another matter. In Britain at that time, the main function of walking stick was not to assist walking, but to express the male soul. It is a symbol of wealth, social status and power, a bit as indispensable as a king's scepter and a magician's wand.
