Zaozhuang education system implements "strictness, precision and speed" and solidly promotes the establishment of a civilized city;

First, pay close attention to the implementation of responsibilities. In view of the reality of the campus line and the education system, the Municipal Education Bureau set up a special work class and formulated an implementation plan. The education and sports bureaus and schools in all districts have also established and improved the working pattern that the main leaders personally grasp, the leaders in charge are linked, the directors of all offices (grades) grasp, and all the faculty members grasp the joint management.

Through the convening of mobilization meetings, on-site observation meetings, business training meetings, special promotion meetings and other municipal meetings, we will further urge all departments, districts and schools of the bureau to further raise awareness, unify standards, clarify problems and responsibilities, and get through the "last mile" of creating a city.

The second is to pay close attention to tracking and supervision. Eight rounds of municipal supervision and inspection were carried out, with 560 supervision points (times) and 9 supervision notices issued to ensure that pressure transmission was in place.

At the beginning of September, in order to further implement the spirit of the city's special conference on creating a national civilized city, and further sort out the list of key work for field evaluation, 36 key links (parts) such as public service advertisements and green belts were subdivided into six aspects: campus periphery, school gate, campus, questionnaire survey, access to information and off-campus training institutions, and the standard requirements were refined by 8 1.

From September 5 to 7, according to the list of key tasks, we adopted the "four noes and two straights" on-the-spot supervision and inspection, and found 426 problems in the construction of civilized cities in and around the school and off-campus training institutions, and followed up and urged the rectification and implementation.

The third is to pay close attention to creating an atmosphere. In order to create a good atmosphere of creation and form a good situation in the education system that everyone cares about, supports and participates in creation, the city's education system has produced 670 publicity panels, advocated civilized travel, improved the environment and other 220 banners and slogans, and distributed more than 20,000 leaflets to the citizens to abide by traffic laws.

Two rounds of parent-teacher conferences on the creation of civilized cities were held, with 700,000 parents attending. Held more than 3200 theme class meetings, league meetings and team meetings, so that primary and secondary school students can actively participate in the creation work. The official WeChat account of Zaozhuang Education Bureau pushed "a letter to create a city" in 22 civilization knowledge competitions, which effectively improved the awareness rate of civilization creation.
