If you forget the account number of the safety education platform, you can retrieve the corresponding account number by forgetting the password. Enter students' school grades, answers to questions and other information in the page, and you can see the corresponding account number of the software release. Taking the A5 Android operating system of OPPO mobile phone as an example, the retrieval method is as follows:

1. Click the safety education platform software on your mobile phone to enter.

2. Click Forgot Password after entering the homepage of the software.

3. In the Forgotten Password interface, click the verification account and secret protection question, and click this option to enter.

4. After the page jumps, select the corresponding identity, such as student, and then enter the student's name.

5. Click on the region and school again.

6. Choose specific regions and schools respectively.

7. Continue to click to select your grade and class.

8. After selecting the information, click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

9. After the page jumps, continue to answer confidential questions and click OK.

10. After the page jumps, you can see the corresponding account notified by the software.
