1. Ideological and moral status. Consciously abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics.

2. Education. The academic qualifications stipulated in the Teacher Law shall prevail.

3. Physical and mental condition. (1) China citizen, who has not reached the national statutory retirement age. (2) The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Shaanxi Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualifications in Shaanxi Province (Shaanxi Teacher [2016] No.4). (3) The level of Putonghua should reach Grade II or above, and those who apply for the qualifications of teachers of Chinese, kindergartens and teaching Chinese as a foreign language should reach Grade II or above.

4. Certification bodies. The qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in our city is uniformly recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation office of the Municipal Education Bureau.
