Luohe, a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, is a national food city, a regional transportation hub city, an important modern business logistics center and an ecologically livable city approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government. Luohe is located on the southwest edge of North China Plain. The Funiu Mountain in the west and the plain in the east are the junction of the second and third steps on the Chinese terrain.
