What we want to advocate is the consciousness of behavior and freedom of thought.
The problem of "stylization" may be the teacher's misunderstanding of classroom teaching mode. The purpose of our current classroom reform is to take "effectiveness" as the principle and starting point. Including four aspects: 1, effective preparation before class, 2, interpersonal harmony in class (teacher-student relationship); 3. Effective organization and implementation in class; 4. Effective homework exercises after class. If these stylized things can be realized, that's a good thing. "Full-time irrigation" and no programs will reduce the teaching effect. Of course, we don't want dogmatic things to appear when executing these procedures.
2. Education and teaching is a "conscience". Teachers are a group of intellectuals with certain knowledge and moral cultivation. Their professional characteristics determine that teachers pay more attention to high-level spiritual needs, such as the need to be respected and the need for self-realization, rather than just being satisfied with making more money. Therefore, leaders must first believe that most teachers have certain consciousness and initiative in their work. Errors are inevitable. When necessary, it is necessary to give corresponding supervision, guidance, standardization, service and respect, with less unified management mode and more personality display.
Answer: That's a good reason. We advocate that teachers should pursue more spiritually, be more romantic and avoid premature and excessive materialization. As a group of quasi-intellectuals, most teachers are conscious and active, but some are unconscious and inactive. To err is human, as long as it is not caused by subjective attitude, it doesn't matter if you are given two or three opportunities to make mistakes at work. Pointing out mistakes in work is to reduce mistakes and contribute to future progress. No one is perfect, and whitewashing peace is definitely not acceptable. For administration, we are trying to advocate service consciousness and subordinate consciousness.
3. Miscellaneous and trivial affairs bound the inspiration of teachers' free thinking. In making plans, writing summaries, looking up materials, filling in records, compiling study plans, making courseware, choosing exercises, correcting homework, busy meetings, home visits, watching morning reading, checking late corrections, practicing with two students, running dormitories, looking for conversations, tutoring, reviewing, taking exams, marking papers, attending lectures and evaluating classes, etc. The teacher is short of everything. In fact, a good lesson often comes from an inspiration, which often erupts in a moment of thinking under the free stretch of body and mind.
A: The "complicated and trivial affairs" of teachers listed here are a portrayal of teachers' living conditions in the basic education stage. This is determined by the role characteristics of teachers in the basic education stage. Each item is in the system, but it is supplemented here. However, for leaders, these projects are not enough. It also includes: welcoming inspection, being evaluated, ensuring safety, preventing drug abuse, dealing with women's federations of the Communist Youth League Committee, and maintaining stability in party affairs. We can't be professors, we can only be teachers, so there's nothing we can do. If the "complicated and trivial affairs" within these systems are not done or done less, our survival will be problematic unless the system changes. Of course, we should pay attention to how to do it, methods and skills, and pay attention to efficiency.
4. Teachers' freedom lies not only in the time for active thinking and the space for active choice, but also in an understandable happy mood. Teachers are not afraid of hard work and are afraid of not being understood. If there are some mistakes in work, it is simply accused of being unworthy of being a teacher, which not only hurts the teacher's self-esteem, but also devalues the teacher's ability, which eventually leads to the teacher's physical and mental fatigue, job burnout, loss of work vitality and creative potential.
Answer: This article is very good. However, not everyone is really suitable to be a teacher. Although the evaluation of "matching and not matching" has no practical significance, it can at least play a warning role. In a team, if well managed, most members are excellent, but there are also "flaws". It is certainly right to pick out the "flaws" and polish them brightly. Otherwise, it will affect the reputation, achievements and social evaluation of the school. To be an excellent teacher, one depends on internal consciousness and the other on external management, and it is impossible to lack anything. Of course, external management should pay attention to methods, and "simple accusation" is certainly wrong.

Management is a science, a technology and an art, which is the unity of the three. On the premise of perfecting the system, school leaders should not only "strictly enforce the law" but also "warmly serve"; It is necessary to standardize management and humanize operation. Adopt scientific and reasonable strategies to stimulate enthusiasm, mobilize vitality, change "want me to do" into "I want to do", and replace depression and imprisonment with flying and awakening. It is suggested that teachers' free time and space should be created from five "reductions".
A: The combination of "strict law enforcement" and "enthusiastic service" and the combination of standardization and humanization are all very good. "I want to do it" is the attitude of the master and the highest pursuit of our team building.

Last time, a boss invited all the teachers to dinner. Some teachers think that this has nothing to do with work at all, and whether to go or not is a personal matter. There are quite a lot of jobs in the school, which are generally unknown to teachers and teachers do not participate. 3. Reduce repetitive, overlapping and surprise activities. Schools should effectively choose activities organized by non-business departments at higher levels and communicate with off-campus activities. Activities that are of little significance to the development of teachers and students and consume a lot of energy should be appropriately rejected, and those that are effective should concentrate on improving quality. If formalism is not done, the face project can be pushed forward.
Answer: Surprise activities can't be reduced just because we say so, unless we "mess around" ourselves. Sometimes we can't choose the activities of the non-business department at the higher level. Sometimes it is necessary to do "basic projects" behind closed doors and "face projects" with open doors. Running a school completely behind closed doors is not feasible in today's open era. Without communication with the outside world, there will be no support from society, parents and government. That's the real "messing around".
4. Reduce unnecessary plans and summaries. Advocate the compilation of teaching special materials, guide teachers to actively reflect, sort out and summarize their own teaching experience and confusion, and constantly improve their practical wisdom.
Answer: Unnecessary plans and summaries must be reduced or even not written at all. But the necessary plans and summaries must be written. Life is to grow and improve in constant summary. As for advocating "compiling special teaching materials to guide teachers to actively reflect, sort out and summarize their own teaching experiences and puzzles", it is only a little more professional and is still planning and summarizing, which is more difficult than general planning and summarizing. Some of our teachers haven't seen a decent article for several years because they are lazy.
5. Reduce the "tossing" of blindly following the trend. School development planning should be more long-term and less quick success. The orientation of the school should proceed from the reality, and the assigned tasks should be done according to one's ability and grasp the scale, otherwise the teachers under high pressure will lack flexibility under excessive tension. In this way, teachers can save a proper amount of time to participate in useful activities and read educational classics; Seriously study students and carefully ponder teaching methods; Consciously carry out curriculum reform to improve teaching effect; Improve their own quality and enrich their teaching experience; Form teaching personality and realize professional growth; So as to harmonize the campus atmosphere and improve the happiness index.

Advocating teachers to participate in activities beneficial to the body and mind is a topic that school leaders are paying attention to, but at the same time, they also hope that teachers will take the initiative to participate in activities beneficial to the body and mind instead of relying entirely on the promotion of the school. Advocating teachers to study is exactly what they want. Last time I was in Nanjing Confucius Temple, I really wanted to buy each teacher a copy of The Analects of Confucius, a one-dollar pocket edition.
