2. In the login interface of safety education platform, click the forgot account button.

3. The page jumps to the account retrieval window, selects students, inputs their regions and related information, and then clicks Next.

4. Enter the verified secret protection question in the page that appears, and then click Next.

5. After the page jumps, the account of the safety education platform will be displayed. You need to enter a new password, and then click OK.

6. After the prompt of successful password reset pops up, click Return to return to the main interface.

7. You can use the recovered account and the reset password to log in to the background of the education cloud service platform.
