1, National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) is a national computer proficiency examination system approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, which is geared to the society and used to test candidates' computer application knowledge and skills.

2. The second level examines the basic knowledge of computers (including ex-ex operation problems) and the basic skills of writing programs in high-level computer languages and debugging them on computers.
