Otherwise, once the above two situations lead to safety accidents, it will not be worth the loss for the enterprise. However, in the case of reasonable project cost and construction period, some project leaders blindly pursue production interests, pay insufficient attention to the allocation of safety personnel and the investment in safety facilities, and take chances and make necessary investments in safety management. In this way, safety management can only be an armchair strategist. Therefore, according to their own strength to undertake the project, the project leader really attaches importance to safety production, which are two important conditions for on-site safety management. If it cannot be met, on-site safety management will be out of the question.
Two, the establishment of safety management institutions, equipped with full-time safety management personnel.

The project department should formulate feasible safety production targets according to the engineering situation, and define the standards to be achieved in on-site safety management, such as safety capital investment and civilized construction targets, so that safety management has a clear direction. At the same time, the technical person in charge of the project must prepare the relevant safety construction organization design and scheme to guide the on-site safety construction. Organizational design and program preparation must be targeted.
Five, strengthen education and training, do a good job in safety technical disclosure and safety group activities.
