Twenty-seventh schools and kindergartens should respect the personal dignity of minors, and may not impose corporal punishment on minors, corporal punishment in disguised form or other acts that insult personal dignity.

Twenty-eighth schools should protect the rights of underage students to receive education, and may not expel underage students in violation of state regulations or in disguised form. Schools should register underage students who have not completed compulsory education and persuade them to return to school; If persuasion fails, it shall promptly report to the administrative department of education in writing.
