The main responsibilities of Yiwu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau:
(a) to implement the principles, policies, laws, regulations and rules of the party and the state on human resources and social security; To formulate policies on talent development, personnel administration, labor and social security, and organize their implementation, supervision and inspection.
(two) responsible for the preparation of the city's human resources and social security development plan, formulate the personnel system reform plan, labor and social security system reform plan and organize their implementation; Responsible for the statistics of human resources and social security in the city.

(six) comprehensive management of the city's organs and institutions of wages and welfare work. To formulate policies on the distribution of wages and income, welfare and retirement for staff in government agencies and institutions and organize their implementation; Macro management of the city's enterprise employees' wage income, guidance and supervision of the total wage management of state-owned enterprises.
(seven) in conjunction with the relevant departments to guide the reform of institutions and personnel system in the city; Formulate management policies for public institutions and government staff, and comprehensively manage the employment, assessment, training, rewards and punishments, open recruitment and post setting management of public institutions.
