Speaking of personal IP, I always feel far away from myself, but I envy those who have lived their personal IP, such as:

They all lived the life they wanted, and they became what we wanted.

After listening to Mr. Zhou Zuoluo's personal IP positioning class, I really thought about building IP.

Teacher Zhou believes that personal IP is the representative of an ideal person. He has lived an ideal person, or at least partially lived what this person wants to live. To build a personal IP is to make yourself an ideal person in the eyes of others.

He believes that there are five aspects to building our personal IP, and I have sorted them out according to these five aspects.

**0 1. Ideal candidate for action * *

What have you done that others want to do, dare not do, and can't do? )

The first thing, the university cross-professional examination and research. At that time, the major was relatively unpopular, and I was thinking about postgraduate entrance examination when I was a freshman. My major is English, which is a bit difficult for non-English major graduate students. You need to teach yourself a second foreign language, and you also need to teach yourself specialized courses for English majors. These have persisted, just because I am a few points behind the ideal school.

The second thing is to do online pre-job technical training for new foreign employees alone, with four people at a time. At that time, the first reaction to receiving the training task was to refuse. I have studied dumb English for 20 years. Can I do it? Why are you looking for me? Then there was a voice in my heart. Let's challenge bravely. After accepting the challenge, they first prepared some words about self-introduction and the end of the course, and spoke bravely. Although they stumbled, they actually understood.

So I finished three days of training. Although the result of the training is not ideal, it gives me a great sense of accomplishment and provides some valuable experience for my later colleagues.

The third thing is to compete for the training section chief. This is the first time I have bravely fought for what I want. I used to despise or dare not. After carefully polishing PPT and repeatedly trying to give lectures for more than a dozen times in private, I finally got unanimous approval from the leaders during the interview.

Although the training section chief was not selected, the leader appointed the position of training group leader. This experience has taught me a truth: opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared, and full preparation can overcome inner timidity.

Fourth, in February last year, naked resignation worked for seven and a half years and began to work full-time from the media. In fact, this idea has been struggling in my heart for two years, and I have been afraid to take this step before. Later, after a long exploration, I took a difficult step.

Now it seems that naked resignation is more of an impulsive and emotional problem, but from the long-term perspective of my life development, this is undoubtedly the most correct decision. Because staying there really can't give me better development, I can only continue to consume my emotions and energy for no reason. Leaving is the best choice.

Now I have worked in the media for more than a year, and I often have intermittent anxiety and confusion, but more of a sense of satisfaction in doing what I like to do. Although I didn't make any money, I really improved my writing ability, thinking ability, cognitive ability and emotional control ability. I also contacted many excellent people and made me work harder in the direction of media.

People with ideal grades

In what field have you achieved what others want to do but can't? )

At present, the obvious achievement is that I followed my teacher's daily training camp last month, updated 30 articles and gained more than 3,000 fans on the official account and headlines of WeChat, which made me understand that if I persist in focusing on a certain field for a long time, I will definitely achieve something.

I used to read very casually, and I hardly finished reading a complete book. Now I will read every book carefully and write down my reading notes. After reading a book, I will draw a mind map and write 1 many reading articles.

I am ashamed to say that these achievements are really hard-won. However, no achievement now does not mean no future, as Mr. Huashan said: "Strategy is not what we do in the future, but what we do today, and there will be a future."

It is enough to sort out your own shortcomings and work hard to create achievements in the future. I decided to sort out a direction that I want to continue to exert myself in the next few months, and make my own achievements in reading, writing or self-media. With the results, my personal IP can stand up.

Knowledge ideal person

In which field do you have the potential to become a knowledge expert? )

I think this is the so-called building your own knowledge system in a certain field.

At present, I am focusing on personal growth, specifically, writing a reading article about personal growth. Yesterday, Mr. A Jiu shared that this field is too big to focus on.

Indeed, this may be one of the reasons why I can't make achievements at present. I didn't focus on a certain field to build my own knowledge system. I continued to practice around this field.

As far as the current knowledge structure is concerned, my previous education and experience can't help me. The only thing that can help me is that my English foundation is better than others (I have a postgraduate entrance examination foundation, and my previous company is also a foreign company), but I am a layman in English learning or education, far from being a professional. If I want to develop in this field, I still have to start all over again.

Then, the knowledge accumulated by the new media industry mainly includes these three aspects: 1, writing skills; 2. Reading methods; 3. Some cognition in the field of personal growth. I think we can make a breakthrough in these three directions in building IP in the future.

Each direction needs to subdivide the trajectory, such as writing field, writing of a certain article type, writing of a certain platform, writing realization and so on. I used to write book reviews, but the scope is still a bit large.

The field of reading is divided into many sub-tracks, such as the formation of reading habits, reading skills, reading methods, reading notes, reading speed and so on.

In the field of personal growth, you can focus on more subdivided fields like Mr. A Jiu, such as thinking cognition, time management, efficiency improvement, business stories and so on.

Choosing a subdivision track that I am interested in and good at to break through is also a point that bothers me at present.

Three views of ideal figures

What are the three views on you that deserve to be imitated by others? )

I feel that my three views are actually not established, or they are not completely established: I don't know much about the operating rules of this world, I have a lot of confusion about life, and I can't weigh the pros and cons of many things with conflicting values ......

However, I still have some opinions about what an ideal person needs.

** 1. World Outlook * *

Baidu Encyclopedia explains: What kind of position you are in and what kind of time you spend looking at and analyzing things are people's reactions to things. It is people's basic view and viewpoint on the world.

The world is constantly changing and advancing. We should look at the problem from a historical perspective and a developmental perspective, and express our views and opinions in line with the development trend of the world.

What is the trend? What is the objective law of world development? We may have learned these things from textbooks, but they are neither profound nor comprehensive.

I think it is necessary to read more books and study more: read more books on history, philosophy, science, sociology, economics and psychology, pay more attention to current events and read more cutting-edge academic achievements, so as to establish a clear and complete world outlook.

**2. Outlook on life * *

Baidu Encyclopedia explains: people's general and fundamental views on the purpose and significance of life, life path and lifestyle formed in practice.

An ideal person should have a grand and open outlook on life, not only to satisfy wealth or his own selfish desires, but to run his own business with a sense of mission and responsibility.

It may be to change a social problem, to improve a social atmosphere, or to speak for some vulnerable groups.

For example, the Great V in the field of knowledge payment, represented by Luo Zhenyu and Fan Deng, not only aims at doing business, but also bears some social responsibilities, such as promoting reading, conveying high-quality educational resources and building a learning community. Such IP is recognized by the public from the heart.

An ideal person, his outlook on life should be altruistic, and he will not take making money as his biggest goal in life, but enjoy the process of providing value, constantly solve problems for others, bring more wealth to others, and be extremely altruistic in order to let more people follow.

An ideal person should convey a pluralistic and inclusive outlook on life. He will not force his followers to act according to their own requirements, nor will he despise others' life choices, lifestyles or life puzzles.

3. Values

I think an ideal person should convey positive values first.

Because to some extent, an IP is similar to a public figure, and they must pay attention to the values conveyed in their words and deeds. Like Luo Yonghao, Yu, and Yu, their precious qualities are worth learning all our lives.

I think personality is very important at any time. If an IP can go further and further, its character must stand the test of the market. I think my valuable qualities are: honesty, sincerity, carefulness, reliability, humility and so on. The qualities I long for are: self-discipline, altruism, composure, tolerance and so on.

After combing, I feel that I still have many shortcomings. First, although there has been a breakthrough in action, it has not found a breakthrough in its own field and has not made its own achievements. This will be the focus of my efforts in the next few months: I think my favorite breakthrough lies in the output and results, or continue to adhere to the day shift, or write explosive articles, articles recognized by readers, articles that make money, or open an account in a short time, which may be the focus of my next stage.

In fact, I think the second step and the third step must be used together, that is, while writing the results, we should focus on a certain field for continuous output and continuous achievement.
