The college attaches great importance to the management of education and teaching, and the routine management of teaching has been standardized, programmed and institutionalized. In order to improve teachers' enthusiasm and promote teachers' sense of responsibility, the college implements a "six-point system", in which all students directly evaluate teachers' teaching quality and effect, and the evaluation conclusion is linked to teachers' salary. At present, the "six-point system" is the only unit in colleges and universities in the province that has implemented and achieved good results.

The college attaches great importance to education and scientific research, makes key majors bigger and stronger, and forms school-running characteristics. For professions with shortage of social talents, promising market prospects and wide employment, such as automobile inspection and maintenance, marketing, advertising design, mold design and manufacturing, e-commerce, civil engineering, network design, numerical control technology, etc., we will focus on and selectively increase investment in capital construction and build a task-oriented professional construction system. Our institute has two provincial-level boutique majors: mold design and manufacturing and marketing. Cold stamping die design and marketing are two provincial-level excellent courses.

The reform of teaching practice management in our college is to strengthen students' skills training, cultivate apprentices who can connect with enterprise posts and work processes, and form "real apprentices" according to the model of Sany Heavy Industry, on the basis of trying to build an integrated practical teaching model of "teaching, learning and doing", "classroom+workshop+company" and "classroom+computer room+network platform".
