The opinions of the Ministry of Education, the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Poverty Alleviation Office, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture on the implementation of the education poverty alleviation project have been agreed by the State Council.

In order to implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the requirements of the Central Poverty Alleviation and Development Work Conference and the strategic deployment of China Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development Program (20 1 1-2020) and National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (20 10-2020), and give full play to the important role of education in poverty alleviation and development.
