Inspectors are educational professionals who inspect, supervise and guide the work of schools, educational administrative institutions and other educational departments.

Inspector refers to the person in charge of inspection and supervision of school work in the educational administrative organs. It also refers to the personnel employed by the government in accordance with legal procedures to supervise, inspect, guide and evaluate educational work in accordance with educational laws and regulations. From the administrative level, inspectors include state inspectors and local inspectors. According to professional attributes, inspectors are divided into full-time inspectors, part-time inspectors and invited inspectors.

Familiar with education laws, regulations, rules and national education policies, with corresponding professional knowledge and professional ability; Adhere to principles, handle affairs fairly, have good conduct, be honest and self-disciplined.

Bachelor degree or above, engaged in educational management, teaching or educational research for more than 10 years, with outstanding work performance; Strong organizational and coordination skills and presentation skills.

Good health, competent for education supervision. Those who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph may be appointed as inspectors by the people's governments at or above the county level, or be appointed as inspectors by educational supervision institutions. Educational supervision institutions shall strengthen the management of educational supervision activities of inspectors, and assess the performance of their duties as inspectors.
