In the early stage, Baiyang Street Judicial Office and Wuyi County Judicial Bureau jointly carried out warning education activities and mass line education practice activities for judicial police in the county. On February 2 1 day, community correction staff were organized in the street correction office to learn the provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on filing standards for dereliction of duty and infringement crimes, the Eight Banners for community correction staff in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation), the total amount of communities and domestic implementation measures, the implementation rules for community correction in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation), the assessment and reward measures for community correction staff in Zhejiang Province and the implementation rules for community correction. I have studied the cases of violation of law and discipline by community correction workers in Jinhua city in recent years, the typical cases of serious crimes committed by community prisoners in our province, and the typical cases of recidivism by community prisoners in our county. By analogy, this paper studies and discusses the problems existing in the community correction work of our hospital staff and their solutions; In June, the correction staff carried out a criticism and self-criticism activity, and informed the situation of community correction and supervision in this area. This warning education, combined with the current unsatisfactory situation of community correction supervision, puts forward that the current correction work urgently needs to improve the awareness of penalty execution and system execution. I think this centralized spot check education is timely and necessary, which is not only the task assigned by the Correctional Bureau, but also the need of street community correction supervision and the need of current community correction standardization.

Community correction personnel in Baiyang Street are distributed in all 42 villages and 4 communities, and 67 people have registered by the end of July. It should be said that the task of correction and supervision is still relatively heavy, but with the joint efforts of the street judicial office and the community, the community correction and supervision work in Baiyang Street is generally stable. At present, Baiyang Street is actively participating in the arduous tasks such as "three reforms and one demolition", "five waters together" and "no illegal construction". By participating in the education and study of centralized inspection and warning of community corrections, I think we need to start from the following two aspects to improve the implementation consciousness and promote the correction norms:

The first aspect: correctional personnel.

Although it has been eleven years since the pilot community correction work in Zhejiang Province in 20xx, a unified and standardized supervision model has not yet been formed. There is no unified legislative management of community correction in the whole country, and the team strength and hardware facilities are lacking. This requires community correction workers to have professionalism. Only in this way can we overcome the difficulties in community correction work and take pains to know whether the objects of community correction have emotional fluctuations or abnormal phenomena, whether family relations are harmonious, whether social relations are good and whether personnel exchanges are abnormal. We should have a sense of responsibility. Only in this way can we continue to explore in practical work, sum up and improve management business, and make suggestions and suggestions in improving the community correction supervision model. Only by constantly improving the ability and majesty of law enforcement can we enforce the law impartially and do a good job in community correction fundamentally from the legal norms.

The second aspect: the object of correction.

First, strengthen decentralized management, focusing on education. In view of the present situation of decentralized management of correction objects, it is necessary to strengthen decentralized management of correction objects in communities and villages, and concentrate judicial education, so that management is scattered but not chaotic, and centralized education is regular and institutionalized.

Second, actively promote the joint management mechanism of public security, procuratorial, legal, departmental and local authorities, share resources, link up and down, coordinate with each other, and organically and reasonably realize all-round, all-time and all-level management.

The third is to strengthen three kinds of consciousness. That is, strengthen the consciousness of correcting prison sentences and actively accept the supervision and management of community correction and educational correction; It is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility, be responsible for yourself, the family and the society; We should strengthen our awareness of learning, learn politics, law, literature and technology, constantly enhance our comprehensive quality, and lay a solid foundation for our future foothold and development.

I sincerely hope that all correctional workers will do a good job in the supervision of community corrections with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and with a hundred times of confidence and efforts.
