Methods of maintaining the validity of the certificate of the second-level constructor
The second-class builder's certificate is one of the necessary certificates for employees in the construction industry. In order to maintain the validity of the certificate, you need to attend continuing education according to the regulations and apply for renewal of registration before the expiration of the validity period. This paper will introduce the maintenance method of the second-level builder's certificate in detail.

continuing education

After the second-level constructor certificate is registered, it needs to be reviewed every three years, and each review must participate in continuing education. Continuing education is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, and each registration period is 60 hours. As long as the continuing education reaches the qualified standard, you can get the continuing education certificate.

Time requirement

In principle, the duration of each continuing education shall not be less than 30 hours. The administrative department of construction will hold continuing education and training every year. Remember to pay attention to the notice issued by the local construction administrative department (housing and construction department) in official website.

Renewed registration

If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration in accordance with relevant regulations 30 days before the expiration of registration. The renewal of registration is also valid for 3 years. When applying for renewal of registration, you need to submit some materials, including the application form for renewal of registration of registered construction engineer, the original registration certificate, a copy of the employment labor contract signed with the employing unit or other valid documents, and the certification materials that meet the requirements of continuing education within the validity period of registration.
