What is the possibility of implementing education vouchers in China?
Unlikely. Because our country has implemented compulsory education.

Education voucher is a kind of securities with fixed denomination, which is directly distributed to families or students by the government after converting the original education funds directly invested in public schools according to the average unit cost per student.

Students are free to choose government-recognized schools (public or private) with education vouchers, and are no longer restricted by school districts. Education vouchers can offset all or part of tuition fees, and schools can exchange education funds with government departments to pay for running schools.
