The Council, board of directors or other decision-making bodies of private schools shall be composed of the sponsors or their representatives, principals, leaders of party organizations and representatives of teaching and administrative staff. Encourage private school councils, boards of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies to absorb public representatives and set up independent directors or independent directors as needed. Members of the board of directors, council or other decision-making bodies of private schools that implement compulsory education shall have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and have representatives appointed by the examination and approval authorities. The board of directors, the Council or other decision-making bodies of private schools hold at least 2 meetings every year. According to the provisions of Article 27 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC), private schools shall set up supervision institutions. The supervisory organization shall have representatives of the Party's grass-roots organizations, and the number of employees' representatives shall not be less than 1/3. Private schools with less than 20 students can only have 1 to 2 inspectors. The supervision institution shall supervise the school-running behavior according to the relevant provisions of the state and the articles of association of the school. The person in charge of the supervision institution or the supervisors shall attend the meeting of the school decision-making body as nonvoting delegates. Members of the board of directors, the board of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies and their close relatives may not concurrently serve as members or supervisors of supervisory bodies.
