Imagine that students learn the knowledge of sexual physiology from biology class and the relationship between sex and morality and law from ideological and moral class, so that students think that these are general knowledge, not special courses. Isn't it easier for students to accept and better achieve the purpose of sex education? As early as1August, 1988, the State Education Commission and the State Family Planning Commission issued the Notice on Developing Adolescent Education in Middle Schools, pointing out that the development of adolescent sex education should follow the working principles of being earnest, active and steady, and be gradually popularized through experiments.
